Bine ati venit la MURAD Café-Restaurant ! Un loc minunat pentru a face cunostiinta cu bucataria libaneza. Un loc ideal pentru o masa traditionala cu aromele speciale al orientului si in care veti redescoperi ospitalitatea calda libaneza. Cu oferte culinare delicioase si atmosfera placuta. Cand intri la Murad Cafe-Restaurant pentru prima data este imposibil sa rezisti tentatiei de a gusta, macar cate putin, din delicioasele preparate culinare traditionale libaneze, si in acelasi timp, nu poti decat sa admiri prezentarea frumoasa a preparatelor si atmosfera placuta, culminand cu cafele aromate, ceai negru sau ceai verde. Cunoscuta si apreciata pentru rafinamentul ei, bucataria libaneza este foarte veche, dateaza din perioade pre-biblice si imbina bucataria europeana cu ingrediente exotice din orient. Exista la arabi chiar un model de comparatie pentru ospitalitate – Hatim Tayy. Se spune ca acesta, primind o data un musafir neasteptat, pentru ca nu avea nimic altceva a-i ofere, si-a sacrificat singura camila (un mare sacrificiu pentru un beduin) pentru a-si hrani musafirul. Pentru a caracteriza pe cineva foarte generos, se spune ca este “mai generos decât Hatim Tayy”. In bucataria arabeasca nici cel mai simplu fel de mancare nu are acelasi gust cu preparatele gatite in alte colturi ale lumii, cu toate ca au aceeasi denumire. Atmosfera de la masa este foarte calda si primitoare. Daca sunteti invitati la o astfel de masa ar fi bine sa gustati din tot ce este pe masa. Un refuz este considerat de gazda o jignire privind calitatile sale de bucatar. In timpul verii, la sosire in casa lor, vi se ofera ceva rece cu gheata iar iarna un ceai fierbinte. Fructele sunt puse pe tava si dupa ce alegeti un fruct, gazda il taie sau il curata de coaja si vi-l serveste. Apoi se servesc alunele, dulciurile si cafeaua. Indiferent de ora oaspetii sunt serviti cu ceai verde sau cu o cafea aromata. Dupa 3 ore aflm ca abea se apuca de pregatit. Jalnic si dezamagitor.
