## What is Mureza?

Mureza is a cross-border parcel marketplace connecting people who need to send suitable parcels with verified travellers who have unused luggage space on the same route.

Whether you are sending essentials to family or making better use of your upcoming journey, Mureza keeps each parcel arrangement organised from the first offer through to delivery confirmation.

FOR SENDERS

• Post a parcel with its route, weight, timing and handling details
• Browse matching trips and available luggage capacity
• Review traveller ratings and asking rates
• Accept an offer or negotiate a suitable price
• Pay through the platform
• Coordinate pickup and delivery through in-app messaging
• Follow job progress from handover to confirmation

FOR TRAVELLERS

• Publish upcoming trips and available luggage capacity
• Set an optional asking rate per kilogram
• Browse suitable parcels along your route
• Make offers and negotiate prices
• Schedule pickup and delivery arrangements
• Record handovers and delivery evidence
• Follow job and payment status in one place

CLEARER, SAFER HANDOVERS

Mureza keeps route information, parcel details, messages, schedules and confirmations together. Delivery confirmation supports private proof photos, condition details and delivery notes to help participants maintain a clear record of the handover.

CUSTOMS AWARENESS

Senders provide parcel and customs information, while travellers review the declaration before accepting responsibility. Users remain responsible for checking applicable airline, customs and border rules.

Mureza initially focuses on parcel journeys between the United Kingdom and Zimbabwe, with more community routes planned over time.

Mureza is a digital marketplace operated by MIREZA LTD. It is not a postal operator, courier company, airline, customs broker or insurer.
