## What is murmur?

there's a version of you that only shows up for a second, mid-walk, half-asleep, waiting for coffee and says something worth keeping. by the time you'd open an app and start typing, it's gone.

murmur is built for that second. press record, say the thought out loud, and it's already written down: transcribed, tagged, and saved to your timeline before you've had time to overthink it. no notes-app grid to scroll through, no blank page staring back, just today and the days before it.

record a passing thought, quote, or observation, and murmur turns it into a written entry automatically. transcription and tagging run on apple's on-device frameworks, so your voice never leaves your phone. there's no account to create and nothing is ever uploaded.

every entry picks up a quiet mood marker: night, memory, reflection, comfort. your timeline reads like an emotional register instead of a to-do list. search past entries, or browse a calendar view by day. an optional daily reminder is there if you want one.

murmur is a quiet place for the thoughts you don't want to lose.
