Already don’t like it. 1) Don’t download the app before you set up an online account. 2) The protocol pages only seem to display as a full page. Teeny tiny print on a cell phone! You can zoom, but then you have to scroll back and forth on each sentence as well as up and down. When zoomed, the text should wrap. 3) At times, the app freezes. Seems to go to a cyber timeout room. It might come back, you might have to quit the app, maybe it’ll be ok, maybe not. All in all, it needs work. Update: The development team reached out to me a day or two after I wrote this review. Suggested some things to try. I’ll give it a try and update again. ### 4/5 — Top notch customer service *2021-10-18, version 0.5.10* Could not ask for better service. With a new app there are learning curves, when we ran into an issue at work I reached out using the get help option in the app. Steven immediately got back to me and even used the video chat option to work us through the issue. Since then it has been the most reliable service while practicing in NYS as an EMT-B. Very quick to search for medications, the dosages, infrequent protocols, and even the most common protocols that we use everyday. Their support system is top tier and one of the best. This team is showing constant improvement as they continuously push updates and changes to the app to better suite the needs of the field.
