Muscle Buddy is a movement screening and exercise companion.

Upload a short photo or video of your posture, walking, or forward-bend, and our AI assistant — built on clinically-informed assessment protocols — highlights areas of asymmetry, restriction, or imbalance worth a closer look. Your therapist reviews the results and prescribes a personalized exercise plan you can follow right inside the app.
