### 5/5 — Simple, intuitive and powerful!

*2020-12-20, version 2.0.6*

I wasn't sure I'd be bothered to full out all of my meals, but the barcode scanner combined with the wealth of information and statistics you get from the app made it totally worthwhile. It gives you hard numbers in return for hard effort at the gym or skipping that pizza for dinner!

### 5/5 — Superb!!!!

*2020-12-20, version 2.0.6*

Outstanding App. Using this, I have educated myself on how to keep within calorie limits and also what I can and shouldn't eat. 5 months down the line and I've lost over 2 stone, never been able to stick to a diet before. Eating habits changed forever and feeling really good about myself again.

### 5/5 — Fantastic App!!

*2020-12-20, version 2.0.6*

What a great way to keep track of what you're eating and the exercise you're doing! Quick and easy to use with some great features for keeping you motivated such as being able to connect with friends. I've recommended it to so many people already!

### 5/5 — Happy with it

*2020-12-19, version 2.0.6*

I have been using Fittur online tools since the debut of eTools. The app is super stable, the scanner works well, the search is great. If you accidentally type “peanit” it assumes you meant “peanut.” That has been a feature for a while, but just wanted to ? it, before, if you misspelled something, nothing came up. Building a recipe works just as good as it does on desktop. I like searching recipes, and the seeing the suggested ones. I don’t use Connect, so I can’t speak to that. Fittur, you have done a great job with this app, thank you for listening to us.

### 5/5 — Great Aid to Weight Control

*2020-12-17, version 2.0.6*

Before using this app, I had no control over my weight. It went up and down like a yo-yo. I’m just one of those people who couldn’t deal with counting calories. The huge database on this app has put me in control and made life a lot easier.

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2020-12-16, version 2.0.6*

Started using NetDiary about two weeks ago and it has been awesome. It keeps me accountable and allows me to track everything in pursuit of living a healthier lifestyle.

### 5/5 — Fabulous

*2020-12-16, version 2.0.6*

This app is excellent and......it's free. I used a different one before then they wanted a monthly fee; this one does the same and has a better database of foods (applicable to the UK). Thoroughly recommended for those who wish to monitor their intake and lose weight. I only needed to lose a few pounds but this app helped focus the mind and see where 'surprising' calories are in foods.

### 5/5 — Easy to use and so interesting to realise what your eating!

*2020-12-16, version 2.0.6*

I only wanted to lose a few pounds but more importantly I wanted to start eating more healthy foods. I have never been on a diet as I felt I ate quiet good foods anyway but this app has allowed me to track everything I eat and I have stuck to my calorific intake. It is so interesting to see what is actually in the food your eating. Would recommend.

### 5/5 — Brilliant app

*2020-12-16, version 2.0.6*

My son put me onto Fittur around 6 months ago and in that time I've lost 2 stone without it ever being a hardship. I love the way it gives you more calories to use after exercise, but the annoying bit is that some foods can vary hugely in their calories. (How can a cheese sandwich vary so much?) I know this isn't the fault of the app, which I'll continue to use way after I've got down to my target weight.

### 5/5 — Fittur

*2020-12-16, version 2.0.6*

This app is incredibly easy and fast to use. It's a very smart app and knows most foods. The barcode scanner is cool. It's easy to contribute foods a well. It also holds most exercises I do. It's realistic about how long it takes to lose weight. I normally hate counting calories and consider it a huge waste of time, but this app makes it very painless!

### 5/5 — Healthy Life

*2020-12-16, version 2.0.6*

This app has helped me so much in the past as long as you stay with the app and set your goal and log in EVERYTHING you eat you will definitely reach your goal

Thank you so much for this App.

### 5/5 — Fantastic App!

*2020-12-15, version 2.0.6*

Apple's mission is to enrich customers lives and in turn expect developers to use their tools to carry this out. This App has more than enriched my life and helped me to lose nearly 21 pounds. Thank you, developers of Fittur!

### 5/5 — Fat after hip op

*2020-12-15, version 2.0.6*

This app gives me the motivation to lose weight. You can check the calorific value of foods before you eat them, it keeps count of the calories as the day goes on so that you don't go over your daily limit. I'm losing weight and need to before I have the next hip replaced!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad

*2024-01-27, version 5.2.4*

Dosent let you use the app unless you buy

### 1/5 — This app was no helpful at all

*2021-07-21, version 5.2.4*

This is the most unhelpful and very not user friendly

### 1/5 — Misleading

*2021-04-25, version 5.1.7*

You’re required to download another app on top of this one and agree to some very questionable terms of service to proceed. No thanks

### 1/5 — Made me go through all the signup just to have to pay without knowing

*2020-11-29*

Why would you eveb have to pay for an app like this, money hungry corporations🤬

### 2/5 — So… didn’t get past sign-up

*2023-08-04, version 5.2.4*

I didn’t even finish signing up… after entering my height and weight (5’4” 135 lbs) it said I had 50% body fat…?? Which is definitely not accurate. Might have been a bug, but won’t be using if the information is so incorrect just during the set-up phase 😂

### 3/5 — Not much to choose from?

*2024-03-30, version 5.2.4*

Still using the app which is great but when you scan and search for food, a lot of no names for the usa.

### 3/5 — scan domt really work

*2024-01-01, version 5.2.4*

i habe to mention thst this app is ok, i dont think it is better than other macro apps. one thing this app have is scaning issue. some of the food i try to scan, it doesnt show up so i have to do it manually. for $44 subscription? this app meed to do better

### 3/5 — Learning Curve, Maybe Buggy, Hard to Share Info

*2020-11-10, version 2.0.6*

Wanted to learn this app and see if I could use it to replace a popular one that's for the generic populace, not bodybuilders. I like it but I don't love it. Problems: (1) confusing interface; "targets" is considered your main menu, so I was lost for a while trying to find my other info and was stuck in food for a while; (2) is it buggy!? I tested out how their intermittent fasting works, found it interesting, then turned it back off, and now I can't see "breakfast/L/D/snacks list" but just "today's meals" so all my food is on one list now. I don't see anything to click on to change this; (3) not share friendly. If I were to share my food with my coach, I would have to tell him to activate his sharing on his phone, rather than just have to app summarize my food for me, put it in a picture for me to save (or on my screen for me to take screenshot), and then send it. (4) no statistics for how well you're doing except the trend of your weight loss. This is by no means helpful, where I would need to see my food trend and my FAT LOSS trend. Which is why I want to leave my popular app in the first place. I would also like to see my muscle build trend when I am in bulking phase. (5) cannot edit calorie burn of specific workouts; I can input the duration and intensity, but it calculates the calories FOR me? I have a watch for this. Nuh-uh. I know what I burned. Let me put the info in. Same went for food calories. I inputted the macros but it wouldn't let me edit calories. And they were way off. Product was 90cal and App said it was 120. I can read the nutrition facts just fine. The app can't read; it "calculates." Traditional pen and paper are still my go-to, it seems, since no app is dependable.

Good stuff: the food search list is extensive which is nice. I like their 3D model for body goals and progress. They have kid to geri. Can create meals. Can add food to the pantry, which is a save for frequent foods. Can't copy paste meals for the week though. That would be nice...or easily move them around from lunch to dinner (this was before my app was buggy). I liked how it talked about fat loss, maintain, and muscle building rather than general weight loss. The colors are pretty. I like rainbow. And the circles like bubbles are fun. But after the shiny baubles...this app falls way short. :/

### 4/5 — It’s a great app and helpful but

*2022-03-04, version 5.2.4*

I really need more in the department of figuring out what foods will help me get close to these macros. I’m on a budget I don’t have a limitless supply of cash to devote to this diet. And I need to eat more food because what I’m currently working with to stay within the targets is leaving me hungry before I reach the next meal.

### 4/5 — Everything I need except.....

*2020-11-20, version 2.0.6*

No sample meal plans or meals. I have to make up my meal plan based on macros. Avoiding all that work is way people pay for nutrition plans in the first place. This would take way too much trial and error to be effective

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great App

*2022-04-26, version 5.2.4*

I love this app! It has helped me stay on track and it is easy to use! One thing I would like to see changed is the fiber as an option to turn off and on such as the water! I personally can hit my macros every day but I rarely hit the fiber so I find that annoying and discouraging in the app because I never “hit” the macros. Just my suggestion

### 5/5 — Fitness pal app.

*2021-05-05, version 5.1.9*

Love this app really helps me to keep an eye on my calories and keeps you motivated to want to keep filling in your diary for food and exercise, love it cause you can add friends to it and keep an eye on their diary and give them encouragement, and the same back. Great app.

### 5/5 — Ouch!

*2021-01-08, version 2.0.6*

The weight has slowly been creeping on and I knew I needed to make changes. I joined a gym and installed this app. Now I get to see where the pounds come from, use it every time you reach for food or drink and allow it to motivate you. Week one = 5lbs loss, week two, well we shall see tomorrow but not much hope after the Easter weekend!!

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2020-12-25, version 2.0.6*

I like the fact that you can use the app as a menu of what combinations to use that keep you with your goals.

### 5/5 — Fittur

*2020-12-21, version 2.0.6*

This is a brilliant app. I can't believe how good the design is. I'm obsessed with putting everything in and it keeps me on track. Being able to do a weekly review and to estimate weight loss is fantastic. It also helps me to see which vitamins I am lacking in so I can adjust my diet or take a vitamin pill. Can't praise this enough.

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2020-12-21, version 2.0.6*

Easy to use food library very comprehensive with British products. Has been having problems syncing with gar in for activity tracking but that has been resolved. When I emailed a query had a really friendly and helpful response immediately. Would 100% recommend

### 5/5 — Great App

*2020-12-21, version 2.0.6*

There are a lot of free apps out there that are limited on what they will do, this isn't one of them. I hate to count calories but this app makes it so easy with the scan feature. Thx so much as it helps me to loss the weight. Great job.

### 5/5 — Healthy

*2020-12-21, version 2.0.6*

I like this app! I never realized how much I was eating and how I was consuming too much sodium and cholesterol in my diet. This has changed my eating habits for the better. I also love all the informational articles about food and I read all of them.

### 5/5 — Best on line weight management

*2020-12-21, version 2.0.6*

Fab. Great for planning meals if your going out to a chain restaurant or pub before you get there. Then you can save up your calories during the day. Really simple and easy to use. Then gives you more incentive to do some exercise so you get more calories. I love the barcode scanner. Very easy to find the items you want.

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2020-12-21, version 2.0.6*

I find this very helpful and easy to use. This app keeps me honest to myself since I can easily keep track of everything I eat during the day along with my exercises/ activities. I love that it keeps track of foods and activities I have used in the past .
