MuscleGuard is a private tracking app for adults who want to organize their own records while using GLP-1 medications. It helps you keep protein logs, body-composition scan results, strength sessions, injection history, progress photos, body notes, and visit-ready summaries in one place.

Use MuscleGuard to compare your own routines and records over time. The app is designed for personal tracking and appointment preparation, not diagnosis, treatment, or medication guidance.
