## What is Muscle OLG?

Muscle OLG is a simple fitness tracker for people who want to keep muscle training balanced.

Log the muscle groups you trained today, view a weekly frequency leaderboard, and see which muscle is currently leading your personal league. The result card is designed for saving or sharing after a workout.

The AI advice feature can send your recent muscle names, dates, and counts to DeepSeek to generate educational next-session suggestions. No login and no system health permission are required.
