The trainings keep freezing and repeating. For example, the first workout is a squat and the next one is supposed to be a burpee, but it just shows the squat video again. I don’t recommend this app—customer service never responds, and I even reached out to the woman on Instagram with no reply. Honestly, it was a waste of money, and this app is way too expensive for what it offers.

Las rutinas que tiene son buenas pero muy pocas. Además cuando tienes funcionando la app vez que cambia de ejercicio se pausa el Spotify, no puedes ocupar ambas app al mismo tiempo a menos que quieras poner play cada 40 segundos. Tampoco avisa el ejercicio siguiente durante el proceso de descanso así que siempre comienzas 5 a 10 segundos después. Tiene pocas recetas. Es un app buena en rutinas pero aún le falta mucho para que cueste 26usd mensuales. 💜💜 espero una versión mejor

The app is good and I liked the layout and the current workout programs. However, there are other apps like “evolve you” which are less than half the price and offer more options, such as: workouts, meal plans, trainers, etc. It would be good to see a substancial drop in price to consider trying it for a while!
