## What is MuscleBars?

MuscleBars is the companion app to your workout tracker. It helps you see which muscle groups are getting the most attention and which ones are quietly missing from your routine.

Instead of relying on lists of exercises, sets, and numbers, MuscleBars turns your training into an easy visual pattern. Did your arms really get enough work? After every workout, log your session in seconds by tapping or dragging to record how much attention each muscle group received.

Use the bars to represent volume, effort, or your overall impression of the workout. The meaning is yours, so you can match MuscleBars to how you train.

With MuscleBars, you can:
- Visually log attention across every muscle group after each session
- Review your training by day, month, or year to spot trends over time
- See how your training is distributed across your full body
- Quickly identify muscles that may be getting overlooked
- Add notes for context or bring details from another app
- Share a clean, visual recap of your workout

MuscleBars is designed to complement the way you already train. No formulas to follow and no complicated dashboards to interpret. Just a simple visual journal that helps you train with greater awareness, so you can balance your routine with confidence.

Your training. Every muscle group. One clear picture.

### 5/5 — Finally, a Simple Way to Track My Workout Progress

*2026-08-16*

I’m just getting started with a consistent workout routine, and this app has been fantastic for keeping me motivated and organized.

What I really like is how simple and flexible it is. I can track different areas like legs, core, chest, and shoulders, and use the 0–100% progress bar based on what I personally consider a successful workout. If I planned 4 sets and only completed 1, I can mark 25%. If I completed everything I wanted that day, I mark 100%. It’s completely up to you.

Then, when I look at the calendar, I can immediately see my progress—what I’ve done, what I’ve missed, and what I need to work on to keep my routine balanced and consistent. There’s something surprisingly motivating about moving those progress bars and watching the calendar fill up.

It’s a very simple concept, but that’s exactly why I like it. It doesn’t tell me how I have to exercise; it simply gives me a visual way to stay accountable and build consistency at my own pace.

I paid for the lifetime option, which I thought was a fair price when I bought it. Now that I’ve actually been using the app, I can definitely say it was worth it.

For someone like me who is just starting to build a regular exercise routine, this is one of those simple apps I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it. Highly recommended.
