Firstly they did not deliver my product, then I tried to get help via my order agent chat option and continuously for 5 days they informed we are raising the issue we escalated it etc but never did deliver the product. Finally after being fed up with their behaviour I asked them to cancel my product. Here comes the twist- now they say they can’t cancel the product cuz of some stupid reason. They asked me to ignore the order if it’s get delivered. The problem is it never gets delivered. Important thing to note it’s a prepaid product. Now neither I’m getting a refund neither they deliver product neither it gets canceled. It’s a scam and utter fraud. Please do not buy and waste your money and time.
