It genuinely gives me constructive feedback on which muscle groups I should work on. It makes sure that the feedback is useful and can actually make a difference. I was so surprised at how accurate it is and how well it can help track my progress. I’ve got all of my gym friends on it and they’ve been loving it too! Also very accurate in identifying all of our strengths and weaknesses at the gym. The app’s so simple and easy to use that I’m shocked more people haven’t heard of it. And initially I was really happy as I was surprised how good of a score it gave me and it made me feel good and gave some seemingly helpful feedback. But a day later I decided to give it some old photos where I was just a skinny fat slob as a test to see how much I’d improved but it came back as a better score!
