Whoever designed and approved this should be let go immediately. ### 1/5 — This sucks. *2026-05-08* Worst “improved” app I’ve ever seen. ### 1/5 — Frustrated *2026-05-04* Why fix something that wasn’t broken. The app is basically useless when you need an immediate on. Totally inconvenient & customer service will hang up on you if they can’t answer your question.
