I wonder if they want us to just call in all of our schedules over the phone now. Whoever designed and approved this should be let go immediately.

Worst “improved” app I’ve ever seen.

Why fix something that wasn’t broken.  The app is basically useless when you need an immediate on.  Used to be a great feature now it takes 10 minutes to “immediately” turn lights on.

This is horrible.  The old app worked just fine.

They removed previous app that worked fine to an updated version that is not user friendly & ridiculous to work thru when you have multiple sports complexes to schedule. Only allowing an email for username is absurd! Now employees who do not have a work email cannot log in & turn lights on & off when working at our sports facilities. Totally inconvenient & customer service will hang up on you if they can’t answer your question. Total waste!!
