I find a written list of muscles that perform a given action: good idea.
I didn’t see an illustration of the muscle.
PROBLEM:
The program must be unstable: at one point muscles of hip rotation were listed for shoulder rotation: WRONG!
When I rechecked later the correct list appeared.... not sure if I can trust it....
