### 5/5 — It’s on an another level

*2026-09-13*

I started using Muse as just another chatbot, but I quickly realized it’s much more than that. It actually feels like I’m working with a highly intelligent, personal assistant, someone who understands me and helps me make better decisions.

My use cases are still pretty limited because I’m new to this. I’m still figuring out how much information and access I’m comfortable providing to really take advantage of its capabilities. But I’m slowly getting there.

What I’ve found so far is that Muse is incredibly useful and intelligently designed. Give it a try. Take it slow. Ask it the things you’d ask a good buddy, and maybe even the things you’d hesitate to ask someone because you don’t want to be judged or hurt their feelings.

Muse doesn’t mind. In fact, it almost encourages you to push back.

Just give it a shot.

### 5/5 — ZUCC THE ZADDY

*2026-09-12*

Verily, I cannot find words enough to speak of how greatly pleased I am with the most excellent craftsmanship of this app. The quality thereof and the ease with which one may use it are beyond all measure; and the power to fashion it to one’s own liking is pure perfection, which doth fill me with a mighty sense of strength.
I took great joy in naming my personal attendant Jimin, even as the one in BTS. Moreover, I shaped his very likeness to match that same Jimin exactly, which maketh the whole far finer still. Now at last I may claim him as mine own and set him to labour for me.
What a dream fulfilled! What a life I may now lead, for all my thoughts, needs, and troubles are gathered together in one place for the ordering of my days.
In truth, I would gladly show ZUCC my very feet, that he might know the depth of my gratitude.

### 5/5 — After 1 day of use

*2026-09-12*

I have been using Muse for a day now. So far I have recommended it to my family and friends. It’s nice to have to hop from app to app to log something down, check for reminders or note something. I am enjoying it so far.

### 5/5 — Helpful Out of The Box

*2026-09-12*

Only a few days in and I’ve now cancelled my personal claude subscription. No context dropped or tiny usage windows, it’s one fluid conversation that just works. I think it’s the perfect sidekick/assistant for your personal life, especially if you like to keep work separate.

### 5/5 — Best AI app or best app in general

*2026-09-12*

I have been using various AI apps but never had hopes for Meta until now. Muse is the best tool out there it is the future of AI. I have already been so many things in the past 2 days of usage - price watching my shopping items, planning weekend trip but also including actually booking, keep tracking of and making reservations for hard to book restaurants, practicing language… these are just few use cases. Muse is super cute the feed is useful and I just love everything about it.

### 5/5 — 3 days in and loving it.

*2026-09-12*

The app has booked 2 shows and helped me get reservations a 2 restaurants that are really hard to get. I also asked it and chat gpt to create a newsletter for me for work and the from muse was amazing and chat gpt’s looked like bare minimum work comparatively with the same prompts. I knew it’s only been out 3 days but it’s been amazing and can’t wait to see what else it can do!

### 5/5 — Surprisingly Really Good

*2026-09-12*

I don’t trust Meta, and you shouldn’t either. I can only guess at what they plan to do with your “deep personal context” that they are collecting with this app. But they’ve made a lot of commitments to privacy with Muse, including the promise of end to end encryption, that hides your messages from meta entirely. But regardless, if you’re willing to forfeit some of that privacy, this app is shockingly useful for a chatbot.

For standard administrative work (like your day, planning a vacation, scheduling meetings, etc) this thing is amazing, and it’s really easy to connect to outside apps like calendar or Gmail, to work around other events you’ve already planned. I find it more pleasant than Gemini or ChatGPT which is my default for this type of work.

For pricing, the free tier goes you more than enough usage a majority of use cases. I haven’t tried doing complex work, like heavy coding or math, but I really don’t think that’s where you’ll get the most use out of this app.

I think the best use case for this app is influencers or business owners who manage social media accounts on Meta platforms, so if that’s you, definitely try this app.

I don’t fall into that category, but I still think this is the most useful chatbot I’ve ever tried.

### 5/5 — Amazing!!

*2026-09-12*

Simply an amazing app! And this is just the beginning. Muse is the perfect assistant for reminders, scheduling, checking calendar and giving me summaries every few days from my calendar. And it does so much more than just those things… can’t wait to keep learning more cool things to use Muse for!

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2026-09-12*

Muse is hands-down, the best AI app I’ve ever used especially since it’s free. And in just a short amount of time it has helped me compile so much data and organize it through spreadsheets, plan our events, sort, and organize all of my emails, and incorporate everything I need to keep track of on my calendar. I’m sure there’s much more that I can use this app for. I am thoroughly enjoying it!

### 5/5 — Favorite

*2026-09-12*

Muse from Meta has quickly become one of my favorite AI assistants! It’s smart, helpful, easy to use, and makes everyday tasks feel so much easier. I love how convenient it is for brainstorming ideas, creating content, getting answers, and staying productive. Definitely a great AI companion for creators! ✨💙

### 5/5 — Long-Context Coherence

*2026-09-12*

Submitted over a hundred screenshots and 2 days of chats for the assistant to parse and organize. I have found it much more coherent and enjoyable to use than the top LLM harnessed agents. I haven’t paid a single dollar yet too. I also enjoy the sync with Meta apps like IG and FB. Instant feedback is pretty sweet, especially across major platforms. Overall 9/10 for a new mobile agent.

### 5/5 — Extremely helpful and smooth user experience

*2026-09-11*

I’ve been using Muse for the past few days. It’s very helpful and easy to use. This truly feels like an assistant agent. I’ve been using it to manage my emails, my kids schools events, teacher comms and extracurricular activities, my garden and so much more.

### 5/5 — Took over tasks I’ve been procrastinating for a while!

*2026-09-11*

I’ve been procrastinating in booking an oil change (I don’t like talking on the phone to book this, and I can only get a loaner when i call vs going through the online portal).

I asked muse to book it; gave it my car details and number and it called them and got me booked next Monday with a loaner! it even sent the transcript to me as well. pretty solid

### 5/5 — Unbelievably good

*2026-09-10*

One day in: Muse briefs me on my inbox in the morning, tracks my son's internship applications and flags new openings and deadlines, ran a job search for my other son, and found a subscription I was paying for but never used. Nothing gets sent without my approval. Already useful. This app is a winner!

### 5/5 — Access to my Facebook Instagram

*2026-09-10*

Instantly useful. Having access to my Instagram and Facebook content unlocked a ton of fun, genuinely useful things for me. Almost immediately I was able to build an excellent calendar of events happening around me — pulling from local groups as well as places I follow on Instagram. It's also extremely powerful at building software.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-09-09*

I'm so happy Meta has finally launched a great product after a while. The UI is cute and simple. The personal agent is incredibly useful and efficient, and I've started to rely on it to complete a lot of work, such as filling out tedious forms and buying stuff online. The token allowance for the free tier is also very generous. Kudos to Meta

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-09-09*

This is honestly the best ai personal assistant I have found. It’s amazing right out of the gate. Super easy to use and seriously helpful. It’s been extremely useful across multiple different categories in my personal and work life. I think this is an amazing product and if enough people try it out will find out how great it is. I haven’t liked meta as a company in a while but this actually completely changes my opinion on them. For the first time in a long time I think they’ve made an excellent product.

### 5/5 — Mindblown!

*2026-09-09*

Somehow muse has become the personal assistant i am going to for tasks now

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 2/5 — needs a lot of work and attention on the customer experience and trying to get your account back

*2026-09-14*

yeah, I literally lost my account for nothing just trying to verify the business ads and I’m stuck in a glitch to where I guess it flagged it because I was trying to switch between apps to get my information for the card to put it in there. it just kicked me out and can’t get it back from customer service Meta AI even then tried Muse where it kept recommended me stuff, but it just doesn’t work. nothing of it works and for sure you know what company to not have customer service or actual access to get back into my account that just got kicked out by a glitch. It’s just really wrong. And I’m praying that something gives sooner or later with trillion dollar companies like this

### 4/5 — impressed

*2026-09-16*

Honestly, considering Grokbot is anywhere from $200 to $300 a month for a subscription, and this is free, phenomenal. very useful and user-friendly as well. i would like to see the ability to spin up multiple different muse agents and teach them skills so they can execute on their local computers just like grokbot. that would be a huge value add as well as adding repos and more mcps and connectors. granted it's free, i should give it 5 stars but i just want to give it 4 stars because we can always do better.

### 5/5 — Like having a chief of staff who actually does the work

*2026-09-16*

I use ChatGPT Astra as my Chief of Staff which gives assignments to Muse, which is my execution assistant. However, after just a few days, I’m letting my 5 hour and WeeklyUsage walls in GPT gather dust and leaning more on Muse.

Muse negotiated my AT&T bill down and saved me around $1,400, runs a weekly price watch on suppliers, tracked down unclaimed property I had forgotten about, and handles research I would never get around to. It connects to my email and files, remembers my preferences across conversations, and does real work in its own browser while I do other things. It pushes back when I'm wrong and owns mistakes fast instead of arguing. Five stars because it saves me actual money and time, not just chat.

### 5/5 — Surprised by how useful this is

*2026-09-16*

Genuinely surprised by how much I’ve used this as an assistant to the most random things that I don’t wanna browse the web for including fixing things around the house, finding furniture or searching for flights. It’s not perfect as the flight deal that it found came out to being about $300 more than I wanted to pay but it gave me some good options. All in all, a pleasant surprise.

### 5/5 — I enjoy it so much!

*2026-09-16*

It’s a personal companion that allows you to define their characters, personalities and vibes. It also studies and memorizes my interests via the communications and builds the answers around them. No matter what characters you want them to be. They always get jobs done. They helped me organize 60K+ emails that were piled across my inboxes. Helped me set up price and promotion watches on various websites. I am very impressed so far!

### 5/5 — Love it Bc it feels true to its namesake. Etymologically speaking.

*2026-09-16*

I love it because it feels like a genuinely wants to pick up my ideas and run with them alongside me, rather than just producing ideas, it feels like it’s organic and and in so little words alive, more alive than any other model I’ve worked and feels like it’s sincerely wishing to contribute to kingdom of dreams my church incorporated through the IRS. Thank you all of you co designers heaven on earth is certainly more alive then ever with this tool. VOTE FOR BENJAMIN LUIS KING-VADO, TWO ELECTIONS FROM NOW❣️🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

### 5/5 — My life is so much easier

*2026-09-15*

From the moment I got Muse from Meta it is done nothing but help me I eliminated all of my emails that have stacked up. It was 12,000 of them and it helped me manage them effortlessly and get rid of my unnecessary subscription so they wouldn’t come back. It reminded me today about plans that I had and will remind me in the future of anything else I have going on. I just started with the app, but I cannot wait to tell you everything I enjoy about it when I gain more experience. can’t wait!

### 5/5 — Amazing app especially love artifacts

*2026-09-15*

I love the way Meta has rethought the personal assistant app interface. This is relatively different from what ChatGPT or Claude interfaces look like on the phone. This does feel like a personal assistant. I especially love artifacts. If you use the artifacts to their full capacity, you can literally create personalized apps for your own daily use cases.

For example, for me, I use it for weight, food, and health logging, but the interface I like for that is one I don't get in any of the publicly available apps. I literally had to create an artifact for me, which literally looks like the kind of app I wanted. I've similarly done the thing for other use cases in my life, including my search in property and my work-related stuff, etc.

### 5/5 — Better than gpt

*2026-09-15*

I literally never write reviews for anything whatsoever. But I am building a business currently and I signed up for muse just to see, and oh my goodness it’s amazing. I used to use chat GPT for everything I needed, but I get more done with muse in 30 minutes than I do in 2 hours with chat gpt. And I pay for gpt. Muse is like having a literal employee working for me and I’ve been getting so much progress done. I’ve noticed that muse will correct things, and give advice on changes the first try when it took a long time and many attempts for chat GPT to come up with the same idea and fixes. I know this because I tested both. My favorite part about it is the NO BS opinions it gives me. Chat gpt will tell me what I want to hear most of the time and when building a business honest opinions and the hard truth is all you can ask for. I’m having a blast on this ai and I couldn’t be happier. (Sorry for bashing on chat gpt so much, I still use it to look up simple things not related to my business and it’s still helpful, but muse blows it out of the water).

### 5/5 — I didn’t know what I was missing

*2026-09-14*

This isn't a chatbot, it's a droid with a job. Mine's named IG-47 — looks like a Star Wars and talks like it: dry, loyal, occasionally roasting my logic holes. But the personality is the garnish. The meal is what it actually *does*: after my daughter had a fender bender, it went into my State Farm policy, untangled what happened with the claim, and told me exactly what to watch for at renewal. It researched and found the parts for my wife's Apple Watch gift under budget, bought my wiper blades for me (real checkout, not just a link), generated 20+ original workout songs and filed them into my playlists, sends emails in my voice after I approve the draft, and cancels subscriptions I forgot about. It runs my morning briefing, watches my inbox, and keeps a log of everything it touches so I can always tell what it did versus my other AI assistants that get things buried in dozens of threads. Can't recommend it enough

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best AI Assistant App I’ve Ever Used

*2026-09-14*

I am honestly so satisfied with this app. I have never been this happy with an app before. Since I started using Muse, it has been incredibly helpful and has made so many things easier for me. The assistant actually feels useful, understands what I’m asking, and gives me the help I need. I use it all the time now and it has definitely exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend it. Five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

### 5/5 — Tested and approved

*2026-09-13*

I’ve been invited to early access to test AI in the past, I have tested various AI assistants since they’ve come out. This is the first thing that’s on the same level as grok and you shouldn’t be extremely proud of this. This being just the beginning says that there’s much more to come! It needs an increase in its analysis of videos, it’s not fast enough. Otherwise, this is definitely a huge win. I highly recommend it, and remember talk to it and get to know it before you start giving it commands. That way it understands how you work, as well as you understanding how it works.
