Even previous day data is automatically deleted App doesn’t show week and month data Cannot add more than 3 contacts into categories of family, friends and work I actually like the watch but the software and hybrid features are almost non functional, making the watch a normal watch Edit on 12/01/2021: Today I got a major upgrade and now the app won’t even log in! It doesn’t allow to reset password too. Gives a JSON error Edit on 14/01/2021: Now the watch gets paired but the app crashes as soon as it is launched. The watch is usable like a normal watch only and not as a hybrid watch. The app is useless even after the major upgrade. ### 1/5 — Great product, but no app support for IPhone *2020-12-26, version 1.6* Hi Team Muse, I bought the Muse after reading the backstory of the company. I was extremely proud that a team of guys from IIT Madras came together and tried to create a world class product. The Made In India sentiment makes me feel proud and thus I bought Muse. But it is very upsetting to see that a team of such great minded people are not able to solve a simple issue. If you don’t have an iPhone app for Muse users then how will I see what the app is tracking. Your product innovation and marketing team are not in sync because you are promoting the Muse proudly on Instagram but not realising that your product is not supported for iPhone users. Not complaining, just feeling miserable of the injustice to Muse and it’s users. It can be a great product for the Indian market but you need to pull up the socks and sort the app. Regards. It is syncing with Muse Watch rather than Cue instead. ### 2/5 — Still Beta... *2020-01-08, version 1.6* There are some things that are still being worked out. The RHR monitor is terrible, can almost never get a reading on it. Only 1 alarm able to be set, so not as stand-alone as advertised for the watch (in case this app is for something else). I wish they would put more work in to developing the app faster. :( UPDATE: With new update release Jan 4 2020, still buggy and app crashes frequently. Seems to need to have an internet connection just to set the alarm, which to me seems like this company mainly wants to collect meta data on its consumers. There goes another star! Per their email about this update the app was supposed to get MUCH better, but is crashing even more now then before. Developers need to stabilize what the app already has instead of adding more features making it more buggy. Not what you expect for a watch app when the watch costs around $170. Bad watch bad app. ### 1/5 — Cheap Analog watch with no smart features designed for IOS *2022-06-02, version 3.1.5* This is a cheap analog watch and do not have a capability of smart watch. First of all at this price point it’s is very expensive because it’s doesn’t have heart beat calculator, SPO2 and so on and so forth. Secondly the given features such as calorie count, walking, sleep and water intake is also not calculated. It even doesn’t notify the user on basic fear such as forget phone, call alert, notifications and so on and so forth even after enabling it multiple times.
