How this app got approved past any QA is beyond me. The app doesn’t even load past the animation, and neither does your website. Hire better developers.

-phone call customer service is the worst! He literally did nothing but repeating my words at the ends he told me I dont understand and I can't help

I tried opening the app and it’s not working. Stuck on the muse logo. I thought i just needed to update it but no update available either. Pls fix this, I can’t take my points back when my purchase didn’t go through. Can’t reach customer service because the app is not working 🥲

I keep getting a message when the app starts that says “ops something went wrong, please try again later”
This is the case for more than a week now and I have deleted the app and reinstalled yet still the same issue!

For the locations thy asks only ( specific gulf countries) and removed Qatar .. and there is  phone no. only Under others countys .. 
each country has her own placed and numbers.. 
each country are independent so it’s un accepted to keep it no location or under another country like no respectable to their independent in the united nations

I wrote my phone number and waited 10 minutes and more for an SMS activation code to be sent but I received no messages. I kept trying again and again but still haven’t received any text. Still stuck on the main page. Pls fix it.

I had a problem with redeeming points, therefore, I contacted the customer service (live chat) on the app and they solved the problem right away! Such a great app with even better customer service.
