I make a lot of reels for social media. I’ve tried a few different apps. Muse seemed good in the beginning. Lots of templates to use and you can make content fast. Lately , after I upload and adjust I’ll have black out spots in the template and it won’t download. I pay for an annual membership. It’s not cheap. They need to update or give credits… something

I signed up for what was presented as a three day free trial. I was shocked to receive the annual charge to my account a half hour later. In addition to misleading me through a not free trial, imagine the audacity of Apple to tell me that this app and the purchase is not eligible for a refund. Now I’m out $70 that was not budgeted for. Also want to let people know that the reels that they provide do not change monthly. They have the same stuff they just change the month and maybe some of the music or the emojis. But the pro version that I got scammed for is no different than the 14.99 version that’s available. Be warned.
