It’s also nice to be able to add things that my kids have specifically requested. My only issues are that family without IOS can’t open it and when others mark something as purchased, it doesn’t update the master list on my end which can make it confusing and cause you to end up with multiples of a single gift being purchased. With those issues fixed, it would be a hands down 5/5 stars. ### 4/5 — I like this fairly well, but..... *2020-12-11* I want gifts in one place and like that this accommodates this well. Several times when copying a link which shows a picture it is not transferred with everything else. Annoying to have to go back and supply a picture. Also don’t like how you must enter a price to add it to your list. I often don’t remember and have to go back. It would be great to be able to add a note about an item. For example, the color and size sweater I want is not in the picture or description, so I could very well end up with the wrong item. And, I’d like to be able to write a note because the item in list is not what I want but something similar. I guess I could start another category for that. It’s much easier to make lists and pin items on Pinterest. It’s difficult trying to keep track of products from numerous shops online in a singular list that is not only easy to share with friends and family, but ALSO straight-forward at just a glance regarding item, price, description, etc. All without having to leave the list and go to the specific item’s URL! It really ruins the surprise and I’m sure the buyer doesn’t appreciate it. I emailed support and they said it’s a bug, but now I’m afraid to open the app and find out the rest of my gifts. **Developer response:** Hi there, we again apologize for the inconvenience this caused. The app was still in beta at the time & as such there were a few things that needed cleaning up, which we did. We hope you'll give it another try. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t Create Account *2025-08-03* After numerous attempts to create an account with this app on my new iPhone 16, I gave up. No matter what configuration I attempt editing the passwords it would not accept any of them. Then again, I have noticed that Apples devices are not playing nicely with many third party applications as they once did. I am beginning to think all these issues are more likely due to Apple and not the apps themselves. It seems that Apple’s walled in garden is becoming more and more like a fenced in high security prison yard with armed guards, electric fences and surveillance drones. ### 1/5 — Not loading help centre *2024-02-01, version 1.1.7* I have no access to my wish lists and help centre won’t load ### 1/5 — Still no help *2023-01-18* The developer replied to my earlier review from 1/3/23 about the prices not showing up and not being able to delete my account, but there’s still been no change or improvement in the app. And I also still can’t delete my account because there was no response to my email. Don’t download this! **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for this. We experienced a bug causing prices to show up as $0.00 but that fix is coming this week. Pls try sending the email again support@gyfted.it & I'll assist you as needed. Sorry again for the poor experience. Working on making it much better. ### 1/5 — Was pretty good *2022-08-02, version 1.1.3* Can’t access my own or friends’ wishlists for several days now. Was a crapshoot before if I’d be able to upload link successfully or have to manually enter wishlist details. Was pretty good and helped get away fro Amazon wishlists, but doesn’t work at all now. ### 1/5 — Can’t Change the Date of an Event *2021-11-23* I cannot change the date of an event. When updated, it reverts back to the prior date. Also when removing a photo to add a new photo for a wanted item, and then updating, it deletes the item. ### 1/5 — Lists are not sharable, basically useless *2021-05-12* I really wanted to like this app; it's a simple design and easy to use/add items. But it's essentially useless because in order to share it, the other person needs to create an account and download the app. No one's going to do that before coming to a toddlers birthday party. This would be more likely to catch on if you made it so that guests could easily view and Mark items purchased through browser links, like a normal registry. It also has a very annoying notification feature that you can't turn off: it notifies you every two days a reminder to share your list. There's no option to turn off this reminder and still keep important notifications on (someone has marked a gift purchased, etc). If those two things were updated this would be my most frequently used app... But unfortunately going to have to delete and I don't recommend it ### 1/5 — App unusable *2020-11-12* After many attempts to access the app content, always received the message, “Unable to connect.” Have tried over six times....uninstalled, re-installed....same message every time, “Unable to Connect.” Tried with WiFi turned on...tried with WiFi turned off....Frustrated. Sorry to report. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t make an account. *2020-11-05, version 1.0.9* I was told my email was already in use. I tried to reset the password and it said there was no record of an account with that email. So I tried to sign up through Facebook. Apparently every single username is taken because I can’t find a single one that it will say is free. Unusable. ### 1/5 — Username *2020-10-29, version 1.0.9* Couldn’t even use the app because of the ridiculous freaking username. Seriously l?
