## What is Museday?

A masterpiece on your Home Screen, every morning.

Museday is an art-of-the-day app for iPhone. Each night at midnight, a new painting takes its place in your Home Screen widget — a quiet museum visit every time you unlock your phone.

One-time purchase. No subscription, no ads, no account. Works offline.

■ 365 days, 365 masterpieces
Van Gogh, Vermeer, Rembrandt, Renoir, Seurat, Botticelli, Klimt — and more than 240 other artists, from Renaissance altarpieces to Japanese ink painting. Every painting is built into the app, so there is nothing to download and nothing to wait for.

■ Made to be looked at
・Home Screen widgets in Small, Medium and Large, plus Lock Screen widgets
・Tap the painting to read the museum's own story of the work — in English, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil) and Simplified Chinese
・Save the ones you love to favorites, and look back over the last 7 days

■ Free
・Today's painting in a Small widget
・Lock Screen widgets
・The museum's text, favorites and the last 7 days

■ Pro — pay once, keep it
・Medium and Large widgets, so the painting can fill the space it deserves
・Widgets that show your favorites, a period, or a museum
・Every past day, with filters by period, museum and artist
Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews.

■ Where the paintings come from
Images are public-domain (CC0) releases from the Art Institute of Chicago and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Texts are by the Art Institute of Chicago (CC BY 4.0); translations are by Museday and are marked as such in the app.

■ Privacy
Your favorites and settings stay on your iPhone. Museday never records which paintings you look at. To improve the app, only anonymous usage (the app was opened, a widget was displayed) is sent — never your name, email or advertising ID. You can turn it off in Settings.
