Einfach zu konfigurieren - Features wie „sicheres WLAN“ sind gerade bei „Stahlbetonwänden“, großen Wohnungen oder am Arbeitsplatz, wenn die private Tasche „eingeschlossen“ ist, ergänzen das „echt gut“. Bestellung & Lieferung waren problemlos - aber viel wichtiger, der Kundensupport bei Fragen war schnell, gründlich, persönlich und kontinuierlich, sehr selten in der heutigen „digitalen Shopping Welt“. New app keeps freezing, also isnt working at all as there is no option in settings to put on location services. App wird nicht bei Einstellungen/Mitteilungen angezeigt. Gerät iPhone 12 (damals Software 14.4.2) Das war Anfang Mai 2021 Daraufhin suchte ich Kontakt zum Support und es erfolgte eine Einladung zur Fehlerfindung durch eine Testlfight Version. Auf eine Nachfrage Anfang Juni an den Support wurde nicht mehr geantwortet. Für mich sind die Finder somit unbrauchbar. Zum Support: So sollte man Kunden nicht behalten, zumindest wenn man sie behalten wil Alleine schon aus diesem Grund kann ich die Finder nicht empfehlen. Hab nun Finder von Tile und Apple AirTags zugelegt. That's right, you can only find your finder with the "alarm function" if there is a connection between your smartphone and the finder. But the app always shows you the last saved location where the connection was last established. Par ex juste pour une notification. Plus grave si on a lors écouteurs c’est destruction de l’audition garantie ! Dommage. Il suffirait d’une notification discrète (qui apparaisse aussi sur l’Apple Watch) comme c’était le cas sur la précédente version de l’App. Pour le reste, RAS. Es funktioniert einwandfrei und ist dazu noch sehr schön gestaltet. Die App ist sehr einfach Übersichtlichkeit aufgebaut und lässt sich toll bedienen. Dieses App hat auch eine Art Ruhemodus die im Hintergrund läuft somit verbraucht kaum Strom. Deshalb läuft es bei mir täglich und finde meine Sachen sofort. Auch sonst leicht zu bedienen und übersichtlich. ### 5/5 — Datenschutz und freundlicher Support *2020-09-29* Die App zum Finder ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und bietet durch den Verzicht auf einen Account-Zwang guten Datenschutz. Zur optimalen Funktionalität sollte die App immer im Hintergrund laufen, sonst dauert es auch mal eine Weile, bis sich die App mit dem Finder verbindet. Zeit, die in der Hektik des Alltags fehlen könnte. Zunächst habe ich dies gescheut, aber es ist eigentlich kein Problem die App im Hintergrund laufen zu lassen. Der freundliche Kundensupport hat mich dazu auch ausführlich beraten und darauf hingewiesen, dass die App in eine Art Ruhemodus geht und im Hintergrund kaum Strom verbraucht.
