There are eNURSE visits that I never get notifications for. And if you don’t do your eNurse visit on that specific day, you miss your window. I’m assuming that’s for the company to avoid their guarantee program. But even in those visits, it’s basically just a quick satisfaction survey. There is no one you’re actually talking to. I have no one to tell that this product is doing absolutely nothing. I stopped using it 2 days ago because I started “spotting” I have been in menopause for over 10 years now and am taking hormone pellets. Apparently the extra estrogen in the face products put my hormones out of balance. When I contacted the company, they just said “sorry to hear that” and told me to contact the physician. I just wanted my initial purchase price back since they promise a 60 day guarantee. I had already paid for my second shipment too!
