Downloaded as I saw English being used on the description and patch notes, and it looks like a useful tool. Unfortunately, it's only in Chinese even though they are open to USA users for sign up. Disappointed, I really hoped to use it.

**Updating Review** I was being way too harsh. Developer is trying hard and it's obvious. He deserves credit. Hope to see it fully translated soon.
