Alongside Dinornis/Harpagornis, Mammut americanum, Gigantopithecus, Glossotherium, Gigantophis, Ichthyosaurus, Iguanodon and Diplodocus Probably good idea to update the app

I downloaded this app for my son and he was so excited by the content. However, the app crashes when we try to move beyond the introductory screen. Disappointing.

All in all such a nice app but the promise of new creatures seems to be a ruse. My grandkids are very disappointed and always ask about new creatures. They were excited seeing what was coming next shown in the credits but as with the dinosaurs…this app seems to be extinct. If this app is no longer being updated please say!

I just purchased this app for my grandson and it looks impressive until you want to “explore” one of the creatures. At that point, the app crashes and takes you back to the Home Screen. Would be pretty cool, if it worked. Please fix this bug.

We have been able to use this app on our IPad without any difficulty. The 3D renderings are really neat! Like many other people, I was disappointed there weren’t more creatures to play with but the app is only $3 and there is more information in this app than just the 3D zoo type setting. My children really wanted to see more creatures.

Bought this, it didn’t work. Asked for my money back but developer just asked what device I had. I emailed back with the info and I’ve heard nothing since. Sick of being ripped off by people like this.

Sadly, the device you have been using Museum Alive on is not supported. Apple don't provide us the ability to ensure that only supported AR devices purchase our app, as such we've had to write it in the description instead. In the meanwhile, if you do have a supported iPhone device you can download free. This app is not worth the download time. It only has three fossils and when I press explore button the app just closes. Awful waste of money.valthough maybe has one future potential.

Much like the other reviews I was amazed by how close you can get with the creatures and the layout of the app is very pretty. I’m not sure if you can skip ahead to the facts without going through the AR element, if you can I haven’t found that section yet.

One gripe I do have is the lack of subtitles or CC as I feel this alienates Hard of Hearing users or those with processing difficulties, it would also be useful to be able to pause videos for this purpose too. I don’t think it’s enough anymore to add these features after the fact, but instead including them must become an essential part of the development process before launch. Especially if you’re asking educators or parents, or just interested people, to pay £3 for information they cannot then access.

I would like to see subtitles or CC, and the ability to pause videos, become a free patch made available to all soon.

I have downloading this game on 2 devices and it is amazing when it works, but when I try it on my iPad, the game boots me back to the Home Screen. I can only get it to work on I iPhone which just to happens to the version without the widescreen/landscape camera. Also, Archeopterx has a lot of model glitches and that needs to be fixed. I also hope we get more creatures seeing as there is a surprising small cast of creatures. I do sure hope we get diplodocus, dinornis and hapagornis later.

Worked for a few days, now will not go past "pinch to size" screen. Uninstalled, reinstalled... Nothing.
No subscription info, no FAQ, no help. Too bad, was fascinating.

We do have a FAQ and support website that you can access via the app menu. Museum Alive uses AR Kit 3.0 from Apple to provide the Augmented Reality functionality. To ensure you get the best experience, make sure to use the experience in a well lit space with a floor that is textured. Using Museum Alive in a slightly larger space will also give you more room to explore the dioramas! If you follow these tips you'll be able to enjoy the experience with rock solid tracking! If you have any more problems, please reach out to us via our website and we'll be happy to speak to you directly. Great App. Fantastic technology. Pleased there is an iPad version but not so pleased I have to buy it again. Download App bought on another device is on but when using the iPad it asks me to buy it again. I am sure using it on the iPad would be even better but I’m not paying again.

### 4/5 — Very interesting, but not quite where it could be yet

The available content is quite interesting and well presented, obviously benefiting from the use of AR and from Attenborough’s charisma. 

The very moderate cost should however set expectations accordingly, as this content is quite limited, both in breadth (at this time, there are only four animal covered, with a fifth announced) and in depth (apart from the too-short text, there are missed opportunities, such as showing a 360° of a static specimen or a map of its era). Oh, and some additional proofreading would be appreciated!

There’s a glitch in the app! every time i go on ar it freezes and then it crashes. This app is dumb!

I used to love going to the zoo and museums. However, due to my conditions, they’re not realistic or enjoyable activities, as I suffer from excruciating pains. I downloaded the app years ago, but never seemed to get passed the ✔️ and “Pinch To Scale Experience”. Since you’ve had more than enough time to fix the glitches and make it work, to only be fair, please just refund my purchase fee, and we can call it even. I’m willing to forget about the mental stress (jk). One star for the awesome concept.

After watching the initial video on each creature (except archaeopteryx, which doesn’t work at all) the app asks you to click on icons for more information. As soon as you enter the new screen the app freezes and crashes. If it was free that’d be ok, but this buggy thing costs money. If it worked it would be a great concept. I would rank this as AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely terrible I downloaded for 3$ and it doesn’t even work I download it in suspense because I thought the game would be super fun but when I choose the dinosaur and it crashed instantly I want my money back and if you want to play this game and you love dinosaurs don’t it does not work

I push the button to begin and the screen goes to black. I am using an iPad Pro version three and the operating system is 14.8.

Really thought this is a neat program when it worked. Up until last update. Now, program opens but when you click on "explore", nothing happens. I've deleted app and reloaded it, without success. 
Basically, the app shows me a picture of the skeleton I selected, and, only what my camera shows me of my room I'm sitting in. Surroundings and scenario do not load anymore. 
I'm on iOS 14.7.1, on iPhone 12 mini.
I, too, cannot get past 'find a flat surface'.  Not happy.

I would like an immediate refund. What a scam. Crashes immediately when you click “explore”. My kids were pumped and now disappointed. I never buy apps and go figure when I do it’s an app that doesn’t even work....

I have just been viewing an Archaeopteryx (Arc-key-opter-ix) flying round my lounge!
The latest creature to be added to MUSEUM LIVE. A great addition, I truly look forward to future creatures being added. This indeed one (if not the) best AR apps to date. Well done team!

Being able to position a jungle on my living room floor and walk/fly through it, over it, around it following a dinosaur whilst David Attenborough narrates – amazing! Looking forward to seeing the inventory of creatures expand.

An iPad version would be nice as viewing this in a bigger screen than my iPhone 12 is a must.

This app is fantastic and it was amazing to see the excitement on my 5 year olds face when the different worlds grew out of the carpet. The AR is great and being able to move around and see different angles was very exciting. It would be great to see more animals added over time. Thank you for a fantastic app!

There may only be three creatures at the moment but it doesn't matter. The AR is amazing and there is so much to learn about each exhibit. This app has so much potential, I look forward to more exhibits which I hope will come in the future
