Everything was so well organized, informative and interesting. We stayed there 6 hours the first day and about 5 hours when we went back 2 days later. The only thing we repeated was “All Creation Sings”. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The technology was first class. The experience was amazing. We live in North Carolina, but we are planning on coming back again as well as to share experience with others. I was introduced to it by a friend in our small group and have been in a group of playing together. It is interesting to see what I know of scripture and what I can learn. It has piqued interest in the books of the Bible that we often overlook. It has also stoked interest in visiting the museum itself. The app is not just for fun either but includes featured content about current exhibits to visit at the Museum and keeps visitors connected to what is going on there. But I would recommend using a delete button of tickets reservation page. Please add it in here. Because I add too many people in each reservation group be careful whenever u do there’s no turning back. So I contacted and they said we’ll look into it. But I said one adult removed and they did. I would give this a three star rating because they didn’t add a delete button to it. It’s kinda boomer to not add delete button on the tickets page. So much more than for just accessing your prepurchased admission tickets. Great map layouts of the museum. I’m currently in the museum and using the app to listen to the “Highlighta of the Museum” tour. The only thing I’d add would be a few more audio clips throughout the museum. My wife and I have been been eager to visit ever since it opened to the public, but only found ourselves able to travel and make that a priority this year. We arrived before the doors opened., And we didn’t leave until they were about to close. During that day, we stayed on premises, and we were never lost for a moment thinking about spending our time anywhere else. That point is significant because some might think they could visit for a few hours and move onto the next attraction in Washington. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about visiting for the first time to spend the day as we did because there is so much more to see and learn. Be sure to take advantage of the guides who work at the museum to point you toward the key exhibits there will help shape and influence your understanding of how magnificent this facility and collection is.
