Since non-Turkish residents in Türkiye are now no longer eligible for the Müze Kart, I suppose this makes sense. What a shame TR has further reduced the status of non Turkish residents in this fantastic country. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — I Should’ve Listened to the Reviews 😂 *2026-08-12* I read all the reviews saying this app was basically useless for foreign visitors, but I decided to be optimistic. That was my first mistake. 😂 I first tried purchasing tickets through the official website using multiple credit cards from multiple banks. Nothing worked. So, thinking the app might work better, I actually downloaded it specifically to try purchasing my tickets there. Spoiler alert: it did not. The app wouldn’t even let me change the quantity of tickets I wanted to purchase. At one point I was so committed to making this work that I said, “Fine, I’ll buy ONE ticket at a time.” Still declined. 😂 I have rarely worked this hard to give someone my money. If an international tourist is trying to purchase tickets to visit Türkiye’s museums, accepting international credit cards and allowing us to select the number of tickets feels like a pretty reasonable starting point. One star for consistency, though, the bad reviews were completely accurate. ### 1/5 — Total chaos *2026-08-05* Their is no decent organizing. Utilisé à Goreme et Pamukkale, il ne sert à rien. A Goreme, wifi instable donc pas possible de l’utiliser partout. Des pastilles vocales courtes et totalement vides d’informations. A Pamukkale, on vous offres des oreillettes Bluetooth tellement nulles qu’elles vont aller à la poubelle et épuiser les ressources de la planète. Quand aux commentaires ils sont lus par une voix numérique qui trouve le moyen de dire « avenue Jesus Christ ». Bref, ça aurait dû être une super innovation, mais c’est lamentable.
