## What is Music Check?

MusicCheck is more than a normal midi controller, with our unique Prism Composer you can systematically create or modify a melody in a 3-step process:
1. Specify chords allowed in your melody.
2. Choose a rhythmic pattern for your melody.
3. Select groups of notes you want to vary.
MusicCheck runs through all possibilities, for example with 10 chords and 6 groups there are a million different possibilities!!!!!!
We use a flexible prism coloured graph representation of all the different possibilities.
You can further configure the possible variations by restricting groups to certain chords.
Save and load Midi projects and extract the different chords with the Prism-Composer or connect your Midi Keyboard and record new songs.
This mobile Midi-studio is able to load SF2 and DLS SoundFonts or you can start right away with some built-in instruments.

I treat this without any midi expectations. A totally fresh approach to strange harmonic choices. I admit I don’t know what is actually happening, besides the looper. It’s 20$ for some features but there is a mad hatters playground for free. A tutorial would be nice. Hails!

Hi Johannes,
I just had time to try out your app. I'm sorry about the low review but its because I was totally confused by the interface.
Of course I appreciate your how-to guide but that still doesn't help.
I think all the buttons and switches with no name or icon is one of the problems.
Also, does this app do live midi out? If so I couldn't see anywhere to pick channels or virtual midi ports. Those would be highly sought after rather than just saving a midi file.
