This app is pricy considering the lack of quality and failure to update on your behalf, which I don’t think has been carried out for years. As the Apple software evolves, this seems to be lagging further and further behind. It’s clearly not an app where customers have a bit of a mess around with songs for a laugh- people (mainly vocalists, I imagine) rely on this app to assist them with choosing the correct key in which to perform a song. Please make it great again! ### 1/5 — Complaint *2018-10-28, version 1.6* App keeps crashing I need y'all to fix this or give me my money back 😡 ### 1/5 — App shuts down before song load. *2018-10-25, version 1.6* Free app works for 30 seconds. Downloaded $2.99 twice and after going through the menu to open my iTunes song, the app shuts down when I try to select the song. No thanks. 6 bucks wasted. ### 1/5 — Does not work properly *2018-09-19, version 1.6* The free version works for only 30 seconds of the song. While using the free app, I was offered the opportunity to upgrade. I pressed the button to upgrade, costing $2.99. I was never given the full version but charged $2.99. I went ahead and then I reopened the App Store and purchased the full version (versus upgrading within the free app), and “lo and behold” the app worked. I am unhappy because I was billed twice for this app and the first purchase never worked. Moral of the story, if you are in s bind and need this type of app either purchase from someone else or purchase the full version at the start. (Says they are DRM protected). The dang app closes every stinking time you choose a new song. I spend more time opening it and finding a the song than I do playing. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY!!! Sometime within the last several months it has stopped working properly. The app opens ok, but when I select a song to load the app immediately crashes. There is no functionality to it whatsoever. Frustrating to have this with an app I paid for. It looks like there have been no version updates in over a year. At least it sounds so much better than after Audacity changes music! I USE THIS APP ALL THE TIME! It was worth the buck i paid!!!! Since I am a baritone, so many popular songs are out of my range. But with this app I can bring it down to my comfort zone and act like a rock star lol. And also being able to silence the vocal track of a song, it makes you feel like you are really singing with the band. Other than that I recommend this app ### 3/5 — Music factory unstable *2018-11-21, version 1.6* The app worked great until I upgraded my iPhone to the 8. Now 95% of the time it won’t load songs. The app just crashes. Very frustrating. I removed it and reloaded it hoping that would work but it didn’t. I loved the app! Sad it doesn’t work now. ### 3/5 — Good Functionality(When it Works) *2016-01-13, version 1.5* The app is decent, but crashes constantly, takes forever to load a song, and distorts the track heavily. Also the "Vocals" option doesn't just remove the vocals from the track, but removes all the high frequency range, so all you hear is the mid-range instruments like guitar. Being able to adjust the pitch by a half or whole step is a nice feature, though. ### 3/5 — Good but... *2015-02-14, version 1.5* The app used to work fine, no crashes but now I have to close the app, restart the app and choose another song instead of just hitting choose another song. Keeps a little annoying and frustrating. Would give it a better review if I didn't have to do that all the time.
