While using it the app deleted a lot of songs and my song list was changed to an old one previously updated. Happened again. Not worth it do not waste your money on this ! **Developer response:** Hi, I’m really sorry about this — losing songs or seeing your list revert is incredibly frustrating, and it’s not the experience we want for anyone using the app. The good news is that our recent updates specifically addressed this issue, and I’m hopeful we can get this resolved for you. I’ve replied to the support email you sent and look forward to helping restore your songs. ### 1/5 — Second rate app, no service, get Piascore instead. *2024-06-12* We sent several questions to the developer, and they never responded. User manual and instructions are incomplete and very few. For the price you pay for this app you can get PiaScore that has more features, is more reliable, better user manual, and developers that respond to your questions. **Developer response:** Thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry your earlier messages slipped through. v2.0 just launched with significant improvements that address many of the concerns you raised. The v2.0 release made the app load and sync faster, but a bug during that update affected some users' libraries. App stability is my top priority, and the current version is much more stable. For any future support, reach me through the support website on the App Store page or by tapping the … icon in the app and choosing Help & Support. ### 2/5 — Not dependable *2025-03-10* I have entered and saved the same sheet music numerous times. I always tap save and it’s there. Spontaneously, some will disappear and I never know which ones or when. It was cheap so not a big loss, but I’ll look for something else. Update to the latest version and email musicfolder.app@gmail.com if anything comes up. ### 2/5 — Ok but…. *2024-07-02* It’s very simple to use but when you put the songs into a set list there is no functionality to reorder them ### 2/5 — No support, weak design *2024-05-26* Sent two request to author, never got a reply. No users manual that I could find. Regarding the design: the Groups feature is confusing and the onscreen editing is cumbersome, E. G. When you want to edit the last pages in your music, opening the edit feature, you have to scroll all the way to the end every time, I suppose this app is worth about five dollars, but no more. ### 3/5 — Can’t erase marks after the day they’re made *2024-03-10* Really loved this initially, but I can’t edit marks I’ve made after the day that I make them without deleting a whole page and re-adding it, which is a pain. **Developer response:** Hi, any annotations you make are editable. Simply tap on the “edit” button while you’re viewing the sheet music and tap on the annotate pencil icon. Over the past few months, though, the app has really grown and developed into so much more! Some of the newer features include a built-in metronome, tuner, sharing capabilities, iPhone/iPad syncing, annotations, access to free sheet music, and so much more. 🎶 **Developer response:** Thank you so much for the kind review!
