Please help!!! ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 3/5 — Was great until.... *2017-12-25* I used to love this lightbulb and app. That was until I accidentally deleted off my phone and when I tried to re-download it, it was no longer available in the U.S. App Store! I tried for months to get it back. I even contacted customer support through both phone and email to no avail. I ended up having to send myself the link to be able to download it on my other phone. I gave the 3 stars because the lightbulb is wonderful when it has the app to change the lights. However, the whole ordeal of having to try to find a way to re-download the app sucked!!! ### 2/5 — It was good until the update *2019-07-07* So when I first got this it was really cool I could make the lights go along to the music and could control the color of the light but then when the update came out and the app was changed to music light instead of home light everything changed! I could still play music through it but now I can not do anything with the light part of it!
