Severely degrades my ability to enjoy my NuVo system. I can't just pick a song anymore. It has to already be on a playlist for me to choose it Please restore this search functionality. ### 3/5 — Good app, it works. Legrand does not appear serious about this product. *2015-08-17, version 5.0.1* It works, but it is overdue for an update. You don't have music sources from Google, Microsoft, or Apple (Apple Music) --and these are not small companies. It would be nice to have a back button to allow you to change the sever without having to totally shut down the app... Please Nuvo can't you go the extra inch and make this web accessible instead of LAN only? Jeez, it's almost perfect but for that. I now have to buy wireless repeaters to access from outside where wifi is too weak. A massive upgrade to browsing using the limited screen on the keypad. But key functionality is missing. Nuvo please add full keypad functionality to this app. In particular bass/treble control for each zone. ### 4/5 — Great app *2011-06-25, version 2.1* To other reviewers: It's a great app, good apps cost to develop, they work hard and deserve to be compensated. Plus, Pandora license is paid so you dont have commercials, that's a hundred a year right there. I have only one complaint. It seems to crash when running through my large music collection. Hope there is an update for this soon. I will be switching to SONOS. However, my biggest problem with it is the fact that it doesn't support multitasking and won't stay connected when your screen shuts down. Nevermind the fact that you spend thousands on a music server and then Nuvo wants another $100 for this app! Nuvo, there's a little company called Sonos that has a better app for use with their systems and it's FREE! It's not like this is an app to control a whole crestron system. It makes sense for those companies to charge an arm and a leg but this controls (and not that well) one piece of equipment. Color me disappointed. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2011-06-04, version 2.1* The app is incredibly well made and polished but has one huge gaping flaw that makes it worthless to me. You have to have the app up and opened for music to play. As soon as you quit the app or the screen locks your music stops playing and you must reconnect to the server and go through motions to get it playing again. It need refreshing sometimes like a pc when the network goes down. The speed is incredible with the update. My only complaint would be within the app itself there is no shuffle feature for songs. You can only shuffle from the keypad itself. If you own the Music Port, this should just be included, and I guess you guys now agree! ### 5/5 — Excellent App (v2.2) *2011-12-14, version 2.2* This app does exactly what I was expecting. I can view all of my 8 zones. It shows whether they are on or off and what source they are playing. I can join the Kitchen with what's playing in the Office or choose a different "source" to listen to. I can also control the power and volume to every zone. I can search genre, artist name, song name etc. and also create "favorites". Maybe previous versions had limitations, but with the v2.2 the music does not stop playing when you close out the screen or take a phone call. Also, the number of devices you can use the App with a one-time cost is 5 (which is limited by Apple, not NuVo). If you have 4 iPhones and 1 iPad on the "same" iTunes account, then you only pay $99 once.
