I went to the developer website, completed an E form and got an error message saying. "Couldn’t submit form due to a temporary issue. Try again later." I rated it three stars because I see the potential in it, but without this crucial bit of info, it’s pretty much useless to me. 2026-07-31 I received a email from you, via the Apple App Store, about an email you sent me which includes a link to a help file. However, I haven’t received your email. I left this message on the web-form on your website and haven’t received a reply. Could you post the link here to the help file here, please. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry you had trouble getting started. I received your email and sent a response with step-by-step instructions and screenshots. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folder in case it was filtered. Interface is awkward. Specifically trying to add a song to a practice. The button is hidden behind the sace button.
