Love song trivia, but I played less than a minute and started getting “lost internet connection” message. I have tried about 10 games in this genre and have had problems with all of them, had to uninstall all of them. Are there any developers out there who can make these things work? ### 2/5 — Good fun, if it could stay connected to the internet *2022-08-27, version 1.3.0* This is exactly the kind of game I wanted to play because it was the most like Heardle. The only problem is that I cannot get it to stay connected to the game. I play one or two songs and then system prompts that it is disconnected from the Internet. I close out of the window and try again and the same system prompt pops up. I exit out of the game, and then retry. Still no dice. I can check social media and email, so I think there’s an issue with the game itself. ### 2/5 — Could be 5 stars *2022-08-15, version 1.3.0* It is really fun to play and it has most newer music and lots of genres to choose from. Problem is that you complete one level and on the next one about 3 songs in it will say internet connection lost. You can push the retry button or the x to close it but it doesn't do anything. Eventually you are forced to either close the app and restart it or guess one of the 4 choices without even hearing the song which is difficult to do and even if you do get lucky and pick the right one chances are you're not going to get it right 3 songs later when it does it again or 3 songs after that. It's annoying and frustrating to have to restart it over and over and the thing is I read some of the reviews and there are ones from 2 years ago saying the same thing about the internet connection lost alert popping up and having to restart it so obviously they don't try to fix any problems with it. ### 2/5 — So frustrating *2022-07-09, version 1.3.0* I enjoyed playing when the app worked. It would play one or two rounds and then say no internet. I would have to close out of the game and reopen to make it work. It also keeps telling me there’s no internet connection but I absolutely have connection. You make a few cents here and there, after watching about 5 advertisements (half are skippable in 5 seconds, but for a chance to spin, it is a 30 second ad) in a game of 10 questions. I could get past that nonsense because many games make their money off of ads. Fine. HOWEVER, I keep getting a “no internet connection” error, even though I definitely have internet access. If I move onto another category, I’ll have no problems until I get so far and reach the same error. You have about a 1 in 20 chance of being able to play each round because it just says internet connection lost whether you’re on wifi or data and when you click try again it says the same message. All I get is no internet connection after it uses the internet to load everything else ### 2/5 — Ads Galore *2021-02-16, version 1.3.0* I would give this app more stars if there was ads at the start and end of a round of play instead of DURING THE GAME PLAY. This is a timed game and you are trying to improve your score. You cannot do it because there are ads playing IN THE MIDDLE of the game. And by the way, the game is not paused while you are watching the ad! So you are either missing the song you are supposed to be guessing or you are having to just randomly guess what song they played. There is no option to replay the clip. Also, app randomly says you have no internet connection. Currently it says I have $4.43 towards a PayPal gift card. At this point I might delete the app before I even collect anything. I will say however, they use very good music and I love the layout of the game! The placement of ads is absurd though ### 2/5 — It’s hard to play music trivia without the music *2020-12-30, version 1.3.0* Seems like a fun game, but I wouldn’t know. I downloaded it twice to try and play but the app simply did not work. I like the idea of guessing songs an artists, and I like the format of this app. Unfortunately, it does not work. One of the issues I had is the internet connectivity problem that others experienced. I was connected, but it thought I wasn’t. I did not encounter an issue with ads as I never got any ads (probably because I was unable to play anyways). The biggest issue I had, and the reason I was unable to play, was the fact that the sound just didn’t work. I turned on the sound within the app, turned on the sound on my device, tweaked sound in settings, restarted the app, and re-downloded the app, in addition to taking other measures, to try and remedy this issue on my own. However, I have concluded it is a problem within the app development. So, I was unable to actually listen to any of the tracks. In my experience, it’s pretty much impossible to guess song titles and artists of a particular song when you can’t hear the song being played. Huhm.... maybe they will fix this? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Connectivity and Sound *2024-04-03* I enjoy playing music games and thought this would be something fun to try, but, the app does not work. It kept telling me there was a connection issue, that there seemed to be none. I backed out of the game, tried other apps I play, and connection was perfectly fine. Then on top of this problem there was no sound spite the fact I’d just backed out and opened other apps with sound which worked perfectly fine. This is a fun concept but to actually use this app, it is aggravating and disappointing. ### 1/5 — Glitched from jump *2023-12-05* I Downloaded this app because it looks like fun, glad I canceled the subscription right away because it glitched on the very first song thought maybe it was just the category, but it turns out it’s every single song it just says “no Wi-Fi connection” which is preposterous because I’m currently connected to my Wi-Fi, turned my phone off and on that didn’t work. Tried to report it to the app developer but they don’t know which end is up because they don’t have a way for you to contact them. I will never ever in 1 million years ever download this app again not even if they paid me $7.99 a month! ### 1/5 — “No Wi-Fi Connection” *2023-11-22* Unable to play game at all. I downloaded the game in the car to play while we traveled, but it wouldn’t work and kept saying there wasn’t any internet connection. Which I thought was weird that it wouldn’t work off my data plan, but ok. So then when we got home (and everything is working off the WiFi), I opened the game again but it still kept saying no internet connection. I deleted the game and tried again, but it kept telling me the same thing. Ended up deleting the app. ### 1/5 — Has alot of potential. *2023-06-02* The game starts out really good then after about three rounds it says there is no internet connection when there clearly is. You can switch to a different genre and play a few more rounds then get the same message. It says iv won $2 so far on pay pal i will just give that back to the company to help fix these issues. I first played it without internet connection and the message popped up. I didn’t think anything of it because I was using cellular data. Once I got a solid connection to the internet I tried using the app again, the same message popped up. I have open and closed the app, restarted my phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This happens for all of the genres, the options pop up but you aren’t able to listen to the song WITH A STRONG INTERNET CONNECTION.
