A microtonal capable distortion synthesizer with an 11-string bass guitar layout with extremely low latency.
This App gives you:
Too much octave range
The ability to play totally out of tune
A small amount of help on playing in key
A somewhat ugly interface
A small set of features that you must combine to make variety.
No bitmapped images to make you drool over the eye candy
Not a font anywhere - other than a few begrudgingly penciled in note names
The settings (bottom buttons):
- Overall Volume
- Reverb
- Distortion
- Octave Harmonics 
- FM Distortion
- Delay
- Pitch Rounding / Optional Frets
- Polyphony Adjustment
- Preset and Lock(slide right to un-lock AS FIRST STEP!)

Technique
A lot of players play with one hand. Right-handed guitar players are typically doing everything with their picking (right) hand. Pianists seem to do the same. I play two-handed finger-tapping technique, which seems to be best way.

Эта программа превращает Ваш iPad в потрясающий музыкальный инструмент - церковный орган (музыкальный инструмент). Внутри трудится полифонический синтезатор, позволяющий Вам извлекать 10 звуков одновременно. Синтезатор настраивается на специальном поле настроек внизу экрана. Для развлекательных целей этот инструмент подходит слабо, но при соответствующей подготовке (и занятий в музыкальной школе хотя бы на ф-но!) он позволяет играть очень впечатляющие музыкальные произведения. Попробуйте :) Классические и романтические произведения на органе звучат очень впечатляюще.
Краткая инструкция:
Экран iPad используется максимально полно, разделен на клавиши инструмента, каждая  клавиша по горизонтали отличается на пол-тона(музыкальный интервал) от соседней.
Соседние клавиши по вертикали отличаются на кварту(музыкальный интервал)
Пара рядов клавиш находится в пределах 1 музыкальной октавы. Пара рядов выше - на октавы выше, пара рядов ниже - на октаву ниже. Исключение составляет предпоследний сверху ряд - 3 ряда играют в пределах одной октавы - удобно играть аккорды.
При смещении пальца с клавиши происходит сдвиг частоты - позволяет играть "легато"
Клавиши, играющие "чистые" ноты C,D,E,F,G,A,H - подписаны
При игре подсвечиваются все клавиши аналогичные нажатой ноте во всех октавах (нажимаем "Е" - подсвечиваются все "Е" на устройстве)
Ну в общем разберетесь :)
Настройки синтезатора меняются положением регуляторов на нижней строке. Далее слева направо:
- Общая громкость. Служит в основном при замешивании выходного сигнала с другими источниками, например гитарой.
- реверберация (случайное эхо)
- дисторшн (компрессия).
- октавные гармоники. Обязательны для звучания, напоминающего орган или гитару.
- FM дисторшн  (модуляции частот, дающие богатый набор гармоник)
- индикатор повторения задежки (delay) (моргает во время работы)  
-  Частота повторения задежки (delay) 
-  Громкость задежки (delay)
- плавность перехода между соседними клавишами (отображается толщиной линии между ними), позволяет играть легато. 
- настройка полифонии (игра аккордами). Менее 25% - монофоническое звучание, более 75%- полная полифония. 
- заранее запрограммированные установки (пресеты),всего 12, когда все кнопки внизу серые - вы не можете редактировать их, нужно разблокировать крайней правой кнопкой. Отредактированные пресеты - сохраняются.
- блокировка кнопок настройки от случайного нажатия
Кнопка "подарить рубль" НЕ отключает рекламу и НЕ покупает ничего и служит только как стимул для меня выпустить платную версию, без рекламы и с расширенными возможностями (есть идеи - пишите в почту техподдержки). Эта версия программы основана на идее и работе Rob Fielding и поэтому бесплатна.

I love this app but I don’t know how to change the settings on the bottom

I've had the app for ages, but the latest update causes it to crash lots.  Double tapping the icons on the bottom of the screen will likely cause it to crash.

Also there is a great deal of audio popping going on.  Needs to be sorted as running this app on an iPad Pro 11", should not cause crackling or popping in the audio.

I really enjoy this app, but would enjoy it even more with audio out (AudioBus or IAA)
Perhaps available for $ as an IAP in an update?
I think that would really expand the appeal of this almost perfect app.

Plopped my money down for GeoShred and quickly became overstimulated by the endless combinations of digitally modeled amps and effects that--so far at least--all sound like I should be playing Metallica riffs. Today I randomly stumble upon this dusty little app. The playing interface is suspiciously familiar and I wonder if the GeoShred peeps might owe this dev a few beers at least. 

There may be no labels on the parameters, but I already have a swampy custom preset that could very well keep me and the neighbors awake all night. Funky in the very best of ways.

Ok so you need to take longer than one minute to figure it out. But do that, or don't. This is super expressive and musical. The layout allows easy chord structures and is very intuitive because the octaves are highlighted as you play. The glissando and sliding between note pitch is super great. The delay is awesome. So good.

Pretty much as described really. Imagine a 1950s polyphonic theremin mixed with a modern delay. Expect some difficulties making changes to the sound and the app crashing! I'm sure one could find a use for it - perhaps as a method for enhancing the consumption of illegal substances? Very quirky but enjoyable.

Seriously, if the ads don't turn you off, the GUI and overall functionality will either frustrate you enough to throw your expensive Ipad against the wall or worse. The ability to use this as a synth let alone a stupid app that makes pretty designs is far from reached. I don't review a ton and when I do the app is really bad or really good, it's really bad this time. No instructions, stupid sounds and no simple way to even understand what the developer was thinking. Don't waste your time.
