## What is Musician's First Aid?

Tips to avoid that those discomforts felt by some musicians when they play end up in an injury. 

This application by Fundació Ciència i Art has been developed by performing arts medicine specialists from the Institut de l'Art-Medicina&Fisiologia (Terrassa-Barcelona), one of the most experienced centers, worldwide, in performance improvement and the prevention and treatment of musician's medical problems.
