Wenn ich mit der Arcam App vom NAS meine FLACS streame, auch HiRes, läuft es stabil. Die Frage an Arcam bzw. I’ve never had a company bend me over like this. It should be against the law to not support a product after you’ve paid $3000 for it. Remote control is the only feature working. No service eg. Tidal or Internet Radio is available. Despite of long conversation with Harman support issues have not been solved. The only solution received is to use online service via IP client. ### 1/5 — Does not work with Apple devices *2026-02-03, version 4.2.0* This from Arcam support: We are aware of an issue with MusicLife. Due to the age of MusicLife, active development has ceased, which means that we are no longer actively working on adding new features or changing the code without reason. Consequently, any bugs or crashes that arise will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. If a fix is determined to be necessary, then development will re-commence to resolve this. This is not a quick process, and as time passes, we move ever closer to the eventual cessation of support, as it is not feasible to develop the software indefinitely. MusicLife is already over a decade old, and mobile operating systems are continually evolving, so it is inevitable that more incompatibilities will arise over time. With this in mind, we are happy to report issues to the development team, but we also cannot guarantee a timely resolution ### 1/5 — Crashes *2026-01-25, version 4.2.0* This app worked flawlessly with my iPhone 16 and when I bought the iPhone 17 I believe it is this app crashes as soon as I hit play in any app. Please fix it. ### 1/5 — Leider unbrauchbar geworden *2026-01-22, version 4.2.0* Die App lässt sich seit erzwungenem Update auf iOS 26 nicht mehr öffnen. Pas de contrôle de volume, qui se ferme quand je lance un album, option de recherche inutilisable, options de changement de plages incompréhensible. Un vrai fail de Harman Kardon. À déconseiller à tout ceux qui ont une patience limitée. Je conseille à la maison mère de rétablir rapidement sous peine de profondément décevoir les utilisateurs. Dommage parce que le son rendu est magnifique.
