I tried connecting with Gmail to sync lyrics with artist AR Racer (me) and it does not let me. I will need you guys to do something about it and I would highly appreciate that. ### 2/5 — Can’t Make Lyric Videos *2026-07-27* I used to use this app religiously and it was awesome I just can’t make any more videos. The app keeps crashing, I keep getting kicked out of my log in and I there’s error messages on every corner. Meu perfil como artista mal é reconhecido, meio bugado, e constantemente aparecem mensagens de erro pedindo refresh. Não sei se são coisas fáceis de consertar, to super disposta a mudar a nota se conseguir entender por que mesmo pagando os recursos não funcionam e se é falta de um plano superior ou sei lá o que. It’ll just bug and return back to the Home Screen. The lyric video maker on the browser constantly errors out. On the app I don’t even see my artist in my roster. This is as a paid subscriber to Artist Grow. ### 2/5 — Crashing all the time *2026-04-24* Great app on the computer, most of the time. But this mobile app seems to have everyone experiencing the same issues constantly- crashing randomly, error codes, and general difficulty of use. Personally, I’m encountering an issue where I try to select ANY song from my roster, it immediately either crashes or just shows the proper screen for like half a second before taking me back to the selection page. Such a weird problem to have, and only on mobile. It happens not just in the app, but on the website too. Maybe it’s just my account? But it seems like I’m very much not alone in this. Please fix this issue, I pay for this service. ### 3/5 — Major sync calibration issue *2026-04-20* There are two things the developer needs to work on: the upcoming/scheduled release feature isn't working, and I am paying for it. Secondly, every time I run a line-by-line sync, the AI sync ruins a good, accurate calibration afterward. These are the current issues that must be fixed for users to get the full experience they paid for. Thank you for your attention to this matter. ### 1/5 — Terrible and I’m sad *2026-03-09, version 2.90.1* I bought a year subscription, and for over 3 weeks on my 4000.00 computer, laptop or IPhone. It wouldn’t sync any lyrics. I uploaded the song and it wouldn’t just sit at zero percent for hours. I reached out and they blamed my computer not being strong enough. I tried, linking Spotify, I tried MP3 and Wave. It wouldn’t just sit at zero. I tried to get help and couldn’t get any so I asked to cancel my account and get a refund since I only uploaded 3 lyrics that actually worked. And they just cancelled my account and said I’m not entitled to a refund. So I’m out 1 whole year of a subscription. I should not be having difficulties uploading my lyrics, syncing it, adding credits , ETC! Now every I try the app keeps force closing on me out of no where, as if it can’t handle the functions it was built to carry out! My app is updated and I have a great phone!! This is supposed to be the industry standard and go to for lyrics, yet despite making millions their apps are so buggy! Doesn’t always update releases, so I have to do all the work and manually update. This update killed audio upload for syncing. Uploads fail server side. Even when I could upload audio, you could fix everything and save and it was a 25% chance it would update otherwise you have to start all over again per song. I have realized that despite paying over $50 a year they keep the app garbage so you will give up and pay them an extra $3 per song to get them to update and time sync the lyrics for you! So hopefully they either do a complete overhaul on their app and fix it to 100% reliability or maybe another company will come along and compete with them and do it all right! **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. After that, the app locked my account into a state where no artist could be added on the free plan — even though I never successfully completed onboarding. Support confirmed this is due to removing an artist during a failed verification attempt, and the only solution offered was to upgrade to a paid plan so a human can fix it. Paywalling access to correct a platform-generated error is unacceptable. This isn’t a feature limitation — it’s a broken workflow being monetized. Proceed with caution if you’re an independent artist. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. Artist verification and identity verification for free users can take up to 30 days. For a faster turnaround, we suggest subscribing to get fast-track verification. If a verification is pending, a new one cannot be started with the same account. We hope your issue is now resolved, but if not, feel free to reach out again via support—there’s a specific option in the menu for cases where automatic identity verification fails. ### 1/5 — Such a bad service for artists *2026-01-18* Syncing songs is quite a chore with this app. More often than not it will glitch out so you have to start the process of adding and syncing music from the beginning every time. They also pulled an evil move to offer support only for paid users. It says it sends you an email verification which never comes through!! Tried 3 times and it doesn’t work!! Then tried to log in through apple, and it just takes you straight back to the beginning. Did it over and over and over again and yet still no access into the app. ### 1/5 — Error uploading Audio *2026-08-04* This issue has been like forever, whenever i try to upload audio of my new song to which i need to add lyrics it tells me”Error uploading the file _ something went wrong” also i would like to mention this issue is only with IOS because when i do the same thing with my android device, it uploads successfully. Tried multiple times to verify my artist — it’s live on Apple and Spotify, I can listen to the song. And still verification fails. I’ve messaged support and no one gets back. I go through the splash screens, log in, and then it takes me back to the splash screens and then repeats over and over and over again in an endless loop. The app shouldn’t even exist at this point. Until you dig in you will be frustrated. Once you use it for a couple weeks, you start to see the ease of use. Syncing lyrics using their tool is simple and straightforward. Just click during a transition. Lyrics get posted quick. They usually get up on MM and Apple Music within a couple hours. Syncs can be hit or miss. I have some that hit in an hour or two and others that take a couple days. As for their curation service, 2/3 of them are trash. Don’t use it. You’ll just have to go back and do it over yourself. Even when you provide the lyrics for them, that just do it and ignore what you sent.
