We do not use tablets for our kids as we choose what they have as screen time . How can I pay £7.99 for a service which i cannot use. It keeps on telling me that I need a subscription even I logged in via barcode etc . This needs to sorted or simply pull the app ! I’ve been fighting with it the past few days to get him access I was genuinely excited to have this instead of YouTube or Netflix . This app does not have it together . And I’m waiting ti hear back on how can I get the access only the device that I wanted it for in the first place . Now their iPads only have Muslim Kids TV app. This has significantly reduced their screen time as there is no needless scrolling with content that provides no real value.
