No credits for this outage and no real mention of it unless asked directly. I have been assured multiple times by various team members that they are still tracking internally, just not being displayed. It’s been nearly a month since I’ve had accurate data, and I pay for this service. No one at the company has offered to prorate my subscription for the lack of functionality, so this is my only recourse. Beware if you are thinking of subscribing at the moment.
