As a result, I was unable to complete the required content, even though I showed up on time and followed all the campaign guidelines. Because of this situation, my eligibility on the platform has been affected, and I’m currently unable to apply for new opportunities. I’ve reached out to the support team and other Mustard contacts but haven’t received a response yet. Could you please look into this and help resolve the issue? Thank you. ### 3/5 — Has great potential *2026-03-24, version 1.4.0* Has great potential but communication is non existent and the app is constantly glitching. It took almost a week and to verify my account and by then all the collabs were gone. Now It’s no longer showing me Detroit MI as a city option, even though that’s where all the collabs were that they emailed me about. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2026-05-25, version 1.4.0* Like at all LOL. The only log in options are through Apple or phone number. No option for email log in. I tried doing phone number sign up and all it did was spam me legit 20 times with a code but the page itself won’t load to where you get to put in the code. My phone was vibrating like crazy because twenty codes was coming in through sms. ### 1/5 — App approved and the denied when I added my Tik tok also glitches often *2026-05-18, version 1.4.0* I unfortunately have not had a good experience with this thus far, I was approved with solely my IG I assumed it would be useful to add my tik tok as I have a following there as well. It Took almost a week for approval response which within that time I was unable to apply to any new opportunities. I was then denied access to mustard after already being approved. I’ve tried reaching out to every email I’ve received from mustard including the support email listed on other reviews here with only one response from Diana not advising to any of my questions about current bookings. I’m disappointed with the lack of support and communication as this seems to be an easy fix to me but I feel at a loss and I was looking forward to creating content on this app and adding value. But without being able to reach a human interaction it seems impossible. ### 1/5 — Insanely glitchy *2026-03-06, version 1.4.0* Legit can’t even log in lol ### 1/5 — Horrible user interface *2025-05-24, version 1.4.0* I rarely even write reviews, but this app is so hard to use. The way to find restaurants to collab with is scrolling on this list and when you scroll the entire screen moves so it’s impossible to get through the list!!! ### 1/5 — Good luck getting paid *2025-05-05, version 1.4.0* App kinda blows and it’s not user-friendly. Also, they don’t pay out, despite saying they will. Completed a collab over a month ago and still haven’t received payment or heard back after emailing them. March Update - still have not been paid. I have dmed them, emailed them, tagged them on threads, on Facebook & still no response. They may not pay you. Please email support@mustard.love ### 1/5 — App is always crashing *2025-01-26, version 1.3.0* I want to like this app but it is always crashing and it’s better for me to reach out to the restaurants directly to collab. If they fix the bugs it could be better. The pay is also abysmally low for the amount of photos and reels places want. Again, best to negotiate direct with the restaurants I guess! ### 2/5 — Needs much more *2026-03-03, version 1.4.0* I love the potential this app has, but a few things stand out (in a negative way). Communication is horrible no way to contact anyone other than Diana (not sure if that’s a person or AI at this point) because none of the emails or msgs I’ve sent out have been replied. I’ve completed two projects and none of the restaurants seem to know how to rate or give me credit. (I’ve reached out to them personally as well and have been told the same about not being able to contact the brand) Companies accept and randomly push dates out and you are threatened that if you cancel it works again you negatively. I don’t think that’s fair, we as creators have our own schedules as well. Lastly but payment options can’t be revised. Please consider giving at least two options with this. (I’m yet to get an actual paid gig) but would be a nice addition to your app. ### 3/5 — Select time slot 4 days *2026-05-22, version 1.4.0* I am having a great time on this app creating content, but I don’t see why now it’s asking for you to look four days and four different timeslots. I know my schedule as I’m not only a content but I have a regular job, so I have to pick a day when I am off, I cannot pick 4 days mostly which I work and won’t be able to show up to a collab. The customer service team is responsive and instructions in the brief is clear. Not only I had a good time with my plus-one at the restaurant, I also got paid promptly.
