I like that Naya pushesh you and keeps you accountable. I also like the demo videos that show you how to perform every exercise

They just added custom templates which is my favourite, and Naya makes it cute

I love how easy it is to modify the workout and how it does the thinking for you. It’s nice to not have to remember or manually log everything. I’m finally making noticeable progress in the gym. Plus it’s fun to use:)
