### 1/5 — How to use??

*2025-03-18*

Can anyone help me figure out how to use this app for writing note music tests?

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-03-05*

This app is useless for making worksheets. All you can add are empty staves with a time signature. You can’t add notes or anything else. A complete waste of time and money. There is also no help or support.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2024-06-14*

I agree with RDub2u, it’s useless for writing a music theory worksheet. The keyboard image is cute, but I can only add blank staves. Or can someone tell where are the notes, and where is the Help or the user manual?!! Wish I hadn’t bought it.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-09-01*

Not usable. I'm a music educator trying to create worksheets for my students, with notes, key signatures, time signatures, rhythm, etc. and this offers none of that and sorry I spent the money.

### 1/5 — No editable templates

*2019-07-12, version 1.0.0*

So I’ve reinstalled the app.
Now the templates are showing, but I can’t open them to create documents !
All I can do is tweak the parameters of the templates e.g. number of strings or number of staff lines.
But when I tap to open any of these templates, it just takes me in the menu of how many lines I want etc.
This is so totally useless.
I am an advanced user of Apple apps such as Numbers & Pages so I get how this works.
Thanks
No music sheet template
Please can you help.I bought this for £9.99 and there is NO music sheet template, only a blank sheet of paper.
So this is useless to me right now.
Can you assist and fix please ?
Thanks

### 3/5 — Good but

*2023-06-10*

Unable to create my own Chord diagrams - example C7#5 not available in choices of chords - need to add this feature. Also - where is the user manual?

### 3/5 — Crashed and didn’t save

*2021-02-16*

The app crashed and everything I was working on didn't save.

**Developer response:** Hello!

I would love to get this fixed for you and even take a look at giving you a month of pro for the trouble!

Please get in contact via the support link or on Twitter!

Let me know what you were doing when the app crashed on you.

### 4/5 — Useful but could be more

*2026-03-11*

I like it but I think there could be more features so far. For example being able to bold and move words to the right/center/left like on a regular word document as well as make things bold or italicized. The barebones of it is good but I wish I could write on top of the keyboards or staff instead of just pasting a blank one. Something like me doing AP theory worksheets where I give the Roman numeral notation and write stuff on the staff

### 5/5 — Saves me tons of time!

*2023-08-07*

Terrific idea for an app, and I’m glad it exists. Saves me a lot of time compared to traditional music notation software, which can be super clunky for creating music pages with interspersed text, like worksheets and study guides.

Now, if I could have one wish, it would be to add a function to divide the grand staff and lines fragments into a set number of measures, instead of having to print and hand-draw your own bar lines if you need them.

If I could have a second wish, it would be an option to save your own frequently-used fragments (for example, a grand staff with no time signature, instead of having to manually remove the default 4/4).

All in all, well worth the price!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the great review! I have added both of these excellent suggestions to the backlog!

### 5/5 — Great tool for teachers,students and professionals!!!

*2022-03-23*

Initially on my iPad there were a couple issues with editing, but after talking to developer, he took suggestions and implemented.

I normally take notes on paper, but to carry those around and flip through the many pages, they just wear out. So now I take my notes and combine them into these mustud files, then just export to a PDF so I can easily view full screen. Very nice!!

One improvement which would remove my step to a PDF, is the ability to view the page full screen within the app. Maybe I’m missing that function, but that would be helpful.

Keep up the good work, really a great tool for any musician, beginner to pro.

**Developer response:** Hello, so glad you’re enjoying the app!
It’s much better now thanks to your suggestions.

The full screen idea is a good one.
I’ll add that for you :)

### 5/5 — Great app

Well done.

It is great app and perfect for music teachers.

It is so easy to use and the PDF files look great once exported.

### 5/5 — pretty good from an non-muso

*2021-02-11, version 3.0.2*

sometimes the hardest thing is following along on a YouTube video and there’s no sheet music to print out to play offline. took Mustard, manually added the sheet music and then could send it to myself. worth the price and the customisations

### 5/5 — Great, Simple and Clean App!

*2021-02-11, version 3.0.2*

I’ve been looking for a way to create custom music sheets and this is perfect. I will definitely be getting the Pro version for the upgrades. Well worth it for the the amount of time saved! The app is simple and easy to use and the exported PDFs look amazing. Thanks for building this!

### 5/5 — Nice and clean

*2021-02-07, version 3.0.0*

Easy to create your documents and export it to your Mac for further editing or print.
