Is it the worst alert/communication app- yes. Why is still around- probably cheapest so hospitals pay for it.
Issues- unstable connection, random log outs, hard to re log in. Poor interface, poor communication set up. Many more. 
Support team I guess not horrible, but you wouldn’t call them several times a day, would you.

I am forced to use this app by my employer. The UI design is poor. Sound alerts are unreliable. The biggest issue however is that frequently the app will refuse to open and crashes on launch, the only solution being to uninstall the app and reinstall which is a huge headache. Given the unreliability it is a patient safety concern and needs to be addressed ASAP. I need to be able to reliably receive pages

The app never opens, but it alerts 😂🤣🤦🏿‍♂️. Like, the alerts don’t stop.
