Is it the worst alert/communication app- yes. Why is still around- probably cheapest so hospitals pay for it.
Issues- unstable connection, random log outs, hard to re log in. Poor interface, poor communication set up. Many more. 
Support team I guess not horrible, but you wouldn’t call them several times a day, would you.

Servers went down on a Saturday morning when I was trying to fetch a page while caring for my 2 and 4 year old. Not acceptable.

Managers - find another app for your Docs.

I am forced to use this app by my employer. The UI design is poor. Sound alerts are unreliable. The biggest issue however is that frequently the app will refuse to open and crashes on launch, the only solution being to uninstall the app and reinstall which is a huge headache. Given the unreliability it is a patient safety concern and needs to be addressed ASAP. I need to be able to reliably receive pages

This app frequently fails to open and is unreliable for paging purposes. It is a patient safety issue and the developers need to address the instability and unreliability of the app.

The app never opens, but it alerts 😂🤣🤦🏿‍♂️. Like, the alerts don’t stop.

I’m paged. I see the alert, hear the alert, but I can’t respond to it, awesome 👏🏿 👏🏿👏🏿. 

Please fix this. Previous versions of this app were pretty reliable. In an irritating Trump voice.. Make this app great again (somewhat MAGA 😖🤣😂)…

This system constantly crashes or doesn’t even open. Too bad out IT says this is the only option

Also outdated, has not been updated to the latest iOS release.
