Ready to become the biggest construction tycoon?

In Contractor Simulator you found your own construction company. Pick your starting country, Germany or Türkiye, buy land, design your project, raise the building and sell the apartments. Every decision is yours: where to build, what to build and what price to sell at.

◆ NEW: GERMANY
Build in 12 real Berlin districts at real land prices, then unlock Cologne, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich. Separate euro treasury, German banks, land transfer tax, notary fees and 30% profit tax: as realistic as it gets.

◆ DESIGN YOUR PROJECT
Apartments, residences, villas or shopping malls. Choose the number of blocks and floors, apartment layouts and material quality. Add a pool, parking garage or gym, and see costs and expected profit instantly.

◆ SELL, NEGOTIATE, RENT
Open a sales office and negotiate face to face with buyers. Hire sales agents so sales keep going while you handle other business. Lease shops in your malls and collect rent every day.

◆ LAND-FOR-FLATS DEALS
Landowners come to you and tell you how many apartments they want. Make a counteroffer,
