But everytime I see a error message that my registration number under 24*7 facility has been deactivated. I visited the branch they said that it is activated so try after sometimes. I also called the customer care they asked me to wait for 24hrs as there is a issue in app. Though nothing has been fixed yet. This is a basic thing and should be ensued for the safety of the customer. However, when I requested a No Objection Certificate (NOC) through their customer executive, I was disappointed to find that the process wasn't smooth. Despite multiple attempts, I didn't receive the NOC, and they told me that i couldn’t find any records against your loan account number. I hope the team helps me in this and provides me NOC for sake.
