## What is Mutmm HR?

Mutmm HR is a smart attendance and human resources management application designed for companies and their employees.

The app allows employees to easily check in and check out, manage attendance, and submit requests directly from their mobile devices.

This application is intended for employees of registered companies using the Mutmm HR system. Access requires an account provided by your employer.

We respect user privacy. Location access is used only while the app is in use to verify attendance. No background location tracking is performed.

Security & account
Forgot password — Reset your password via email with a 5-digit verification code (send code → verify → set new password).
Link “Forgot password?” added on the login screen.
Requests
Monthly request limits — See how many requests you have left this month before submitting.
Advance limit — Maximum advance amount is shown and validated when creating an advance request.
Submit is blocked when the monthly limit is reached; API error messages are shown on limit violations.
Request details — Decision date is shown without the approver’s name.
Profile & bank information
Bank section — Edit bank name and IBAN when profile editing is allowed.
Bank account document — Upload, view, replace, or delete a bank document (PDF or photo, up to 10 MB).
Profile edit permission — Banner shows whether you can edit your profile (based on HR settings).
Improved document upload on iPhone (choose Photo Library, Camera, or PDF).

Notifications screen — Access from the top bar.
App menu — Side menu for quick access to Projects, Documents, Reports, language, and logout.
Documents & Reports hub — Restructured entry point for employee documents and daily reports.
General UI updates across Home, Posts, Payroll, and Profile.
