I been using Face ID for so long I forgets my password and ID and now that i wants to Recover or Change it the request never send to my email. However, this app is always crashing and having technical difficulties. There is a P2P option, but Zelle is used by most banks and people. One can’t expect people who don’t use MCU to change how money is sent or received because MCU customers don’t have access to the norm. 2. Bill pay recurring dates were changed during the update. Many people have bill pay dates set based on when the bill is due or when a paycheck comes. Having to manually adjust the dates back is not only inconvenient, it caused checks to be sent twice. People living paycheck to paycheck can’t afford to pay extra. 3. You advertise mobile banking, but your updated app doesn’t work on older phones. Not everyone can afford to buy a new phone just because the bank chooses to cater to those who can. ### 2/5 — Zelle option not there any more *2024-07-03, version 4013.1.0* I am extremely upset, the Zelle option is not available no more after the system “update”.
