Once we create our account, we cannot make any modifications in it and cannot even delete the account. ClearTax takes away our freedom. This is a very bad application.

Errors while trying to create SIPs, mandates, dividends, or even visit help section. When they have automated everything on the App to do anything, but to raise a support request you need to click a couple buttons just to see they need you to send a mail. Pathetic

Thank heavens I switched to Groww and Navi. Just painful here.

I have invested in ELSS scheme and now when the lock in period is completed I wish to withdraw my funds. There is no withdrawal option in BLACK app. I sent an email to customer care  and there is no reply till now. 
Cleartax  doesn’t have designated customer care helpline which makes it quite difficult for customers to get in touch with them in case of inquiries/complaints etc.
